We paid for a handlift and some blankets to move and we got nothing of that, and the app is so not intuitive that it took literally an hour go claim the truck, plus the procedure is long. We will never pick u haul again. There is also no help on the phone if you call it takes forever for someone to answer and we got transfered. I don’t know for people like us in Quebec, but there is not big banner written claim your truck. It is very small and hidden writing written next step, which was not in any videos we watched on youtube to help. Last thing, we were lucky to be fluent in English, but a lot of people are not and would not be able to call or use u haul.

LAWRENCE Ril y a eu a la dernière minute un changement de lieu pour la prise de possession du camion ce qui nous engendrait une grande distance à parcourir, finalement nous avons pu apporter une modification qui nous satisfaisait mais et avons été dédommager pour le kilométrage en excédant.
