Covered in snow, parking lot full of snow so difficult to get out of lot. Also had to drive 67 km to get trailer.

S'il neige, prévoir un balai à neige, des bottes pour traverser la voir, de la patience pour trouver le bon camion, une pelle pour essayer de faire un chemin lorsque le camion sera pris dans la neige.

SYLVAIN CI booked the car with a dedicated refrigerator carrier. When I received the car, I did not find the refrigerator carrier. The employee simply told me that we would refund the amount of the refrigerator carrier. I did not have time to go and rent another car. I bought the refrigerator carrier from BMR.

Patrick FArrival service was below expectation, the place was lcked up when we arrive at 09h45 an should have been open as of 08h30am...call UHaul, spoke with Corina (super service) but she could not open the door for us...around 10H15 someone showed up And we were able to retrieve our rental. site is by the highway very accessible but they should respect the business hours publicized.

Francois BVery pleasant owners at this location. Accomodated a change in the schedule for us, worked deligently to get us hooked up and on our way. I made arrangements online and received a confirmation email that specified cost of the trailer, but there was an additional $30.00 charge when I returned. This has nothing to do with either locations. My contract is in French and I don't know what the charge is for. That doesn't make me happy. Equipment is great.

I' ve been charged without details. Kilometers especificaly. The Dash only indicates miles. When I returned the truck, nobody gave information. A woman took the key and it was all.

Alain CA very convenient service if you need a trailer for a one-way trip. The equipment was in perfect condition, there are a lot of locations where you can pick or drop once you are done. Customer service is also awesome.
Eric GLes véhicules devraient toujours être plein d'essence quand on prend le véhicule et donc juste avant de le ramener, on fait juste le remplir au complet et évite de devoir mettre de l'essence et aller regarder si on en a mis assez et revenir en mettre d'autre etc...
Sonny MThey tried to charge me extra fees. People were only speaking English when the person getting the truck was French Canadian. It took a lot of time before having the truck AND returning it as the lady did not know how to procède.
Martin DBonjour j'aimerais parlé a un représentant car le Mr ma compliqué lorsque que j'ai pris le véhicule l'essence était même pas au rendez-vous j'étais même pas arrivé à l'endroit j'ai rechargé le carburant de 50 $ ensuite le Mr ma charge 91.31 et il n'a pas pris en compte les - 50 $ que vous avez dit sur le kilométrage sur la messagerie

Natasha CIssue with equipment: - 1 ratchet mechanism (right one) to tight strap is very rusty, I met some difficulty to un-tight the strap to unload my car. - mud guard (right) broken, perforated - lights harness connector - corroded - ground pin broke when I unplugged it, pins for flashers and parking lights curved. (All lights was functional when I picked the trailer at Saint-Liboire, but the ground pin broke when I un-plugged it at Gatineau
