I would like to give this location a positive rating as Matt was initially very responsive and helpful. My reason for the poor rating was that I was charged for items that I did not request in my initial order. They were already on the truck, and I was charged, despite not requesting them. I was also overcharged for gas. I drove 13 miles, put in 2 gallons of gas and was still charged a fairly significant gas charge. When I called to request a credit on these items, I was told they would look into it, however, there was no resolution. I would recommend another location for your U-Haul needs.Robert E.

I have no issue with the pickup location operator. He did his job well. But I do have issues with the reservation process. It was one of the most painful customer service experiences I ever have had. I needed to call multiple people to make this happen. And all too often I was directed to the horrible 630-405-7455 number and its very long wait times. U-Haul needs to work on making the reservation process more seamless.david K.

I agreed to use the mobile app for pickup but my pickup location was changed but not changed in my online reservation so mobile pickup was not working. Then when I called the 800 number for assistance the on-hold wait time was 35 mins. Sitting in a deserted warehouse parking lot 45 mins from my apt and no one around to ask a question. Go back and listen to my 1/2 hour panicked phone call to the Hanover Park location, trying to pick up a truck at the same time my movers were on their way to my apartment.Mary M.

The pick up place was a rmote whare house and nobdy was around to help with problems and they did not answer there pnone. The real problem that i had was using U-haul's app for picking up the truck and returning the truck. the app didn't work very well at all. i will not be doing that again. it was a big waste of time for me. Uhaul moved my reservation from the one in st charles to this one because this one was open on Sundays and even though I selected to pick up the truck via mobile, someone would be there in case there were problems. We completed the online check out process and it would not accept the alternate contact and we tried four people. By the fourth it accepted it, but then it did not give us the combination to get the keys. So we started a chat and they said we'd have to call. The wait time when calling was 60 minutes!! We finally got the keys an hour later and the truck was on emptyâ€¦.they didn't even have any gas for us!! We had to let all the people who came to help us move and inconvenience them. I'll never use uhaul again after this experience.Nick L.

Mobile pickup and drop off was super easy. Location was great. It just took way to long to get approval. It took almost 40 mins to complete. Ridiculous when you have people waiting for you to help move things. There needs to be a pre approval check in before picking up truck.Emma S.

I had issues with picking up the truck through the mobile app. It didn't have the button to start the pickup. During the dropoff, the app caused some confusion by saying the dropoff location was in another state. Finally, I was charged for insurance even though I opted out of it.Kahwon T.
