When I got to this return location on Winchester road, it was closed. I tried using U-haul.com on my cell phone for after hours returns. I clicked on the menu item for returning a trailer but it kept going to "returning a truck"! I tried calling 800 and no one answered and I got no help! It took me at least 30 minutes of trying and I finally connected with the correct page for the trailer return. From there it went ok but to this old guy, the system is very user unfriendly. Not being able to call for help seems unacceptable to me!Randell G.

The last two times I've rented from this location they didn't have Dolly's or pads available. One morning the worker was late opening for scheduled pickup, upon return (10 minutes prior to closing) someone telling me place closed. The 2nd pickup attempting to rent equipment, nobody was working during business hours. I called and person advised go online to schedule and they will return later. Again, no Dolly's or pads.LaQueena D.

I had some very unfortantate experiences with this move. I ask to speak with someone about it, Instead of speaking with me I was charged a additional $220.88 fee. I had to call 1-800-Go-Uhaul to explain my situation and now they are reviewing my statements and considering reimbursing me some money.MARCIAELENA G.

I highly recommend this location for any needs that you may have with moving. They made my experience so easy and simple, 100% hassle free. The staff was very nice when I was in the office and the gentleman that I spoke with over the phone was above and beyond helpful when answering the few questions I had. Overall, there were no major issues with this location. I ran into trouble with the U-Haul Comoany during my return. The website was unable to verify my location at the time of the turn-in, even after I changed the settings. I called u-haul for assistance. The first wait time was 15 minutes, and when a rep came on the phone she transferred me to another department. The second wait time was 40 minutes. When the rep came on the phone she said there was nothing she could do bc I had already left the drop-off location. The pictures I had taken would not be accepted, and I would be charged $20 the next morning for the local rep to verify the drop-off. The technical mishaps of the U-haul website and extremely long wait times for assistance are no faults of the customer; however, a charge that is equivalent to the cost of the rental is charged. The inside of that truck clearly hasn't been cleaned in weeks if not months. It had dirt everywhere, dust all over the dash, sticky everywhere, and horrible smell. I staff was nice enough but the dealers that uhaul use are well below average when it comes to uhaul equipment and cleanlinessKRYSTAL W.

The local locations were awesome, but the corporate reservation people were absolutely terrible. I reserved a 26 foot truck, was told to go to one location not where I requested it from, got there to be told that they had no record of it. Luckily, the employee was able to find a 20' nearby, but I NEEDED the 26'. My move is extending to a second day because of itBENJAMIN S.

Made reservation on phone with uhaul rep. At pick up, no dolly was available even though it was on reservation. Also the employee at the faculty was very unprofessional, slow, didn't know if she could give us a military discount or not and easily sidetracked. What should have been a quick in and out to pick up the vehicle took an hour or more then we had to go to another location to pick up a dolly.Jill W.

Show up on time so there aren't several customers already waiting after opening time because employees showed up late. Hire people who aren't rude just because I asked a question about adding another driver in the beginning of the process and was answered with â€œwe'll come back to thatâ€ but never did so I asked again and she got extremely mad and said she didn't know how to add them and she's gonna have to call Uhaul. Upon returning the truck after hours, I followed all instructions, pics, mileage, parked in a non blocking space. Went to drop the key in the drop box but it was hanging down from the wall completely open with no way to safely leave the key. Fortunately I was able to drop in in the storage part drop section in the regular window. I used this location because it's close to home. I'll never use it again and will pay the extra mileage to avoid the many headaches given by the very rude woman running it. She also treated the next customer extremely rude in front of me. Both me and the other customer were fuming mad by the time we left. If I didn't have patience I probably would have smacked her smart mouth off her face but I was able to refrain. Please correct the problems with this location! It was definitely NOT worth the money due to all the hassle by the extremely rude employee!!!!!Nancy R.
The location was ok but the truck was filthy. The back was dirty and the cab was nasty. I was angered to think that I was gonna be asked to pay for a cleaning fee when I reported the truck dirty. I swept the back clean and refuse to clean the nasty can when it was given to me dirty. I always return better than I receive.Brent I.

Office was very unprepared had to move trailers to get to the 6 x 12 I needed once I got to it and no instructions on how to load it in there to hook it up to my truck and there was no one there to help I hooked it up the chains were broke but I did get it managed to get it on my truck and take it but I don't think I ever rent from them againKENNETH S.

I was allowed to pick the truck up early, that about the only plus I had? The truck was really rough looking on the outside. It looked like it may have been ran in a demolition derby at some point. The inside wasn't the cleanest but nothing compared to the outside. The heats blower motor on the truck was really loud & you couldn't hardly hear your passenger speaking. Once the truck was shut off you could hear the heaters motor slowing down & it would stop a few seconds after the truck itself was shut off. We used the truck 2 days & on the 2nd day when we first started it the oil & check engine lights were on. My uncle who was helping us move & who happens to be a head mechanic for Allied trucking raised the hood & discovered the truck was over 2qts low on oil. Luckily I happen to have some oil to fill it back up & the lights went out. Truck looked rough & beaten up like I say. Then it had a cracked drivers side mirror & the windows were left crack so I had to wipe dew of the inside of the windshield to even begin to see. The truck got the job done but overall experience was less than average.Corey B.

This was very out of the way. A very unusual location. Saturday and sunday hours are minimal and very odd times. Big sign at the front door to wear mask while inside but clerk who was not at her desk did not have a mask on the entire time nor did she make an effort. I was asked to drop the trailer at an odd location about 500' at the back of the facility which was difficult to back into. No help disconnecting trailer.PETER S.

When we dropped off the trailer in Hudson, the manager at the drop off location informed us that the chains on the trailer were not correctly hooked up. She asked if the representative at the pick up location helped us load the trailer and set up all hook ups. We told her that the pickup location representative did not help up hook up the trailer. She was nice but she pulled the keys out of the drop box and gave us the truck without checking it. It was filthy and smelled like smoke. We had also reserved 4 dozen moving blankets that we weren't given and she didn't tell us she didn't give them to us. So we got home and saw we didn't have them. I had to call her and ask about them. She told me she didn't have any and I would have to call around and find some. So I spent the next hour or 2 running around trying to find moving blankets.Nicholas B.
