Vehicle was dirty and had shoes, 2 to go cups , a sweat rag and gallon water jug. It was sticky and stank. Tires were 10 psi low and it was a horrible experience.

Huntsville Rental Center is a great place to rent a U-Haul truck or trailer. The guys there are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend using this U-Haul location.

This location over charged me I had a pocture of the gas hand I was charges for gas that was put in the truck. However, when I called to share and ask if I could send a picture of the gas hand when dropped off I was told the ticket is closed and I have to call the 800 number. This location was not eager to assist or problem solve. I will not recommend this location to a friend.

It was quite busy. If there was someway to inform people dropping off the rental where to take it so they don’t have to wait in line for those trying to get their rental it would be great

I reserved the trailer three days in advance at the location in College station; when I arrived they didn’t have it; they leased it out the day before and it was at a different location over an hour away (Huntsville). When working with your company, they would not adjust the rate so that I could pick up the trailer in Huntsville and then return it to College Station for the same “in town” rate. I ended up having to add nearly 3hrs round trip to what I had to do for the day because of the incompetence of the folks running the College Station shop and the unwillingness of your company’s customer service to work things out with me when UHaul is to blame for the problems, delays and 3 hrs extra diesel I had to burn in order to do what needed to be done. This was a awful experience

I personally don’t like having to take pictures and getting all the information off truck. I think that’s the dealers job or U-haul’s job because I am the customer paying to rent the truck not to log all information in and take pics.

I was initially sent to a location that did not exist. I found this location on my own. It was dirty and just a drop off. The gentleman at least kindly put the trailer where he wanted it.

The rental agent was unable to fulfill the rental on the day arranged because of unreliability originating with UHaul's network. A resilient operation needs to have a work-around for unforeseen or foreseen network interruptions.

Only if dealing with the owner, otherwise, no. We rented a truck for 48 hours and was quoted a price with the understanding from the owner that we'd be credited if we returned the truck earlier. I only added the extra day in case we needed extra time to load or unload the truck. We ended up being done in one day and returned the truck 26 hours after it was rented only to be told that not only would we be charged for the additional day because we went 2 hours over the 24 hour mark, but that we'd also be charged EXTRA for the THREE miles over the estimated mileage we were quoted for. The truck was not cleaned out before we got it, there was someone's discarded lunch on the seat and trash in the back of the truck as well Not being able to use the truck one way and having to instead return it back to its pickup location also was inconvenient also and this dealer could possibly charge someone else today for the truck they already have our money for and that's not right at all. I'm not happy with the way Uhaul or Huntsville Rentals handled this and as a result I do not plan to rent from either again.

The lock box for the 15’ foot didn’t work. I had to settle for a van which resulted in several trips. The money I paid for the 15’ took days to be refunded. The place with the van charged me 100+ for a dolly that was “ missing” which they never gave me. So I had to wait days for that additional 100+ to be refunded as well…

The only negative that I have from pickup location is that it was very disorganized in placement of rental. Too much extraneous stuff located in area.(ie…jump bounce house inflated, various equipment, personal vehicles)

The app wouldn't work right for pictures..and it took me 30 minutes to put stuff in that I already had uploaded..like my driver's license and other stuff. I won't do the after hours pick up again

We pulled up in front of the business and an employee came right out. We were directed to drive behind the fence and where to back the trailer. This gentleman unhooked everything and dropped the trailer. He took a quick look at the trailer and told us to have a good day. Very helpful , quick and friendly. Uhaul equipment A+ and the partnered business A++
