Entire experience of checking in using the phone was not easy. Too much information was collected by customer that should have been done by an employe. You get top dollar for your rentals and no customer service. Truck a/c did not work. No one in the store to offer help.Nicholas D.

When a customer rents a Truck 3 weeks in advance you should make sure you have it for him not give him a little 10ft when he's trying to move from one house to another. You guys are really screwed me over and I will not recommend you to anyone.FRANKJ M.

U-Haul has moved its location in the Grimsby/Beamsville area a few times and I had to go quite a distance to get a truck in Welland. The Grimsby dealer told me that I could pick the truck up there but that was not the case so there is a communication issue with your company. I was also told that leasing a truck one way was cheaper. Then I was told that bringing it back to the same location was cheaper. Otherwise, the service was fine.Dianna H.
The air conditioning didn't work. The back latch would not close and there were two drink bottles left in the vehicle from the previous customer which made it very obvious that this had not been sanitized. I was overcharged in the mileage I called and explained - the person at the husky rental said they would check the mileage against where I traveled- turned out I was correct. The pick up truck rental was overcharged - since then I was told that I would be contacted by the husky/uhaul rental. I ordered 15 foot truck with no insurance from Niagara street Hasty Market and they did not have the truck so they send me to Husky where they had a 10 foot truck. I was charged for insurance the guy working said it would be refunded when his boss got in. I still have not received my refund. I only travelled 10km and I was charged $24.08 in gas when the fuel meter still said full.MARKROGER B.

I returned the truck one or two minutes after closing time. The counter person let me fill up and processed my return even though they were â€œclosedâ€. I was very impressed.John D.
Upon arrival I was told I needed to provide phone numbers for 2 random people I know so that the employee helping me can call them to verify I am who I say I am. This is after I provided a valid license and credit card. Very unprofessional! I will never rent from here again. Ever!Adam R.
I rented with 3/4 gas. Returned with 7/8th gas. Person accepting the drop-off, did not know how to read the gauge....and said I delivered under 3/4....he totally confused me even when I explained how the gauge works.WALTERJOHN B.
