To me there was no reason that the drivers seat couldn’t have been moved back to the wall of the cab like the passenger side. And it had nothing to do with the adjusting lever under the seat.It was cramp and tired my ankle out over the 200 plus miles I drove. I will check the leg room if I ever rent another truck before hand because ones attention should be on the road not one’s discomfort. The attendant choose not to offer me a different truck. This was a shame because it was the best UHaul truck I ever rented.

I have moved quite a bit over the last several years and have had to rely on UHaul each of those times. I am not rating the location but the UHaul company, as a whole. Every time I have had to rent a UHaul, it comes with issues. Pick up location switches multiple times before day of pick up, system down for hours that caused a huge delay in moving where I did not have the luxury of waiting around for their system to come up, representatives not keying in the proper information leading to further delays in my pick up process, being nickeled and dimed with fees upon drop off AFTER the person handling the drop off said everything was good and no further charges would be made and then having to deal with that in my limited time while moving, picking up a UHaul. Last year, I had to deal with opening up the back end of the truck to do the pre walk through and finding homeless people had made a sex den (I wish I were exaggerating) in the back that was littered with used condoms, meth pipes, scratch tickets, blankets and used food containers because that location didn't have their trucks secured...and the list goes on, unfortunately. This location I dealt with this weekend was great. The people were as helpful as they could be while UHaul's system was down nationwide. Uhaul...sucks.

Joseph ZI will be contacting customer service as there is a fuel charge on my receipt. I returned the truck at the quarter tank fill just as i received it. Surprised there was only 1/4 tank of gas when I picked up the rental truck. Good thing I was only doing a local trip and had enough fuel to complete my run.

Doug MI had issues with the communication with the car dolly. Dispatched called me the day before and indicated they do not have a 20' truck but would upgrade me to a 26' truck. Logistically this will not work for my moving situation, she then was nice and found a 20' truck and allowed me to pick the truck up a day earlier with 1 day free rental. Very thoughtful and nice, but I had to pick up the car dolly the following day from a different location. The following day when I went to pick up the car dolly the guy told me he only had a rotating car dolly and could not let me take it, so he called corperate and corperate set me to another location 20 minutes away. This situation put me behind my daily schedule by 2 1/2 hours and was a joke.

THOMAS Othe problem was she called me and moved my pick up location. we got it done just a nuisance to change there was no reason given.
RICK MI was trying to park the truck and knocked on their office door. But no one came out to help me. I thought maybe because it's past their office hours, that's why no one is opening the door. I called customer service to assist me with dropping off the truck, which they did. 10 minutes after dropping the truck when I was waiting for my ride, another driver came from the same office and re-parked the truck in a different spot. They could have come outside earlier to help me but they didn't.

John DThe problem was with the app. it would not work and thankfully the owner was kind enough to open early to take care of us. If U-Haul is going to have an app, they need to make sure it works because if the store isn't open, you're stuck. Moving is a big day for a lot of people and that is extremely frustrating in addition to the normal frustrations that go along with moving.
