I don't having anything to add other than the fact that the reason I would recommend this place is because of the lady at the desk. So very super friendly.

Explain that the side of the car hauler will drop down for easy access. We did not know until someone else pointed out this feature after we got to where we were going. Before we knew this we had to crawl out of the window and sunroof after pulling car onto the trailer because the car door would not open. It bumped against the trailer.

Impeccable lawns overcharged me $116.64. Please call me at 336-847-2245. They said I was early on my return and then charged me for being late. It was a 6 day rental - not a 2 day. Look at the return due date. Curtis Mark Casey.

We noticed the hood of the truck bouncing and that God was able to pull off the road. The hood was not securely latched apparently when the truck received pre trip service. It could potentially have been a VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM.

The truck was sent out on a quarter tank of gas right after it's been serviced by U-Haul it should've had more fuel in it I had to put more gas in it then I used I'm always getting screwed by U-Haul of getting trucks low on fuel and I'm Haefen to take the time out and filling them up and not compensated for it

put a jack on the tongue of the trailer. It is way to heavy to pick up and put on the truck without help. It's near impossible when it is loaded.

Truck was not swept out. I had requested 2 dozen furniture pads- none were provided. When I arrived to pick up the truck, the lock on the cargo door wouldn't open.

I had some frustrations with the 24/7 process on the pick up end, but Kyle (in Phoenix) was very helpful. It was the young woman in NC that i spoke to the following day who was extremely helpful resolving my problem (wrong location drop off). Unfortunately, I don't know her name.

I dropped off on Saturday and see my charge per my contract 171.94 plus an additional charge of 48.33 are showing up at my bank. What is the additional charge for. U-Haul Contract 24086078. The initial hold amount has been released but not the additional charge. I tried contacting via chat. The message that initially came back was: "Your message has been sent, someone will be with you shortly." 12 minutes later and nothing else. This is unsatisfactory. At the very least there should be messages giving an approximate wait time. Most of us use online chat as a quick and easy way to make contact. Most online chats I deal with give an estimated wait time. Your chat needs to fixed. I finally got a reply after 15 minutes.

Furniture pads were not included with the rental when we picked up the truck. We did a 7:30 am pick up with cell phone. The facility didn't open until 9:00am. When reserving a truck with moving pads the truck needs to have all items available inside the truck. This delayed our move and caused us to pay more to our movers.
