The attendant had no clue what he was doing. Had to call head office to sort stuff out. I had to call head Office.. the lady at head office did an amazing job so thank you to her.

It took an hour to get the truck because they couldn’t figure out how to use the U-Haul app from their end. When I came back I had swept the truck took all the required pics, filled the gas at their gas station and the guy tells me when I’m dropping off the keys that I need to take the dolly out of the truck and bring it to him. I advised how long I waited when picking it up and couldn’t they just get the dolly themselves. He again said no. What kind of service is this??
