App didn't work. Didn't like my license photo but didn't tell me so the rep had to call me and request a new one, except I the app wouldn't give me prompt in to take a new photo, just kept trying to cash me out, but didn't work. Had to go in to the store to complete pickup in person with a less than joyful person, who couldn't find the reservation, then didn't believe it was a one way drop off, then once the reservation was found, had to validate all my information we had already completed in the app, and with the rep on the phone. Check out took an hour. Final price with the person in the store cost more than the quote, didn't have time to continue to waste. Bad start to a long move. Wouldn't recommend uhaul for app pickup or one way move. Had a quote with the local competitor who also did one way, on a different pay model, turns out it would have been much cheaper.

The attendant had no clue what he was doing. Had to call head office to sort stuff out. I had to call head Office.. the lady at head office did an amazing job so thank you to her.
TERRANCE SIt took an hour to get the truck because they couldn’t figure out how to use the U-Haul app from their end. When I came back I had swept the truck took all the required pics, filled the gas at their gas station and the guy tells me when I’m dropping off the keys that I need to take the dolly out of the truck and bring it to him. I advised how long I waited when picking it up and couldn’t they just get the dolly themselves. He again said no. What kind of service is this??
