The pickup took 40 minutes because the app was so poorly made which cut into my rental time. When you try to add the pre pickup photos the app glitches and wont add them unless you go back a page. The truck was damaged and I got charged for the damage even though it was prior to my pickup. I later got the charged dropped but that is just more work I had to put into an already poor experience. The damage report was not detailed so I had to call around to find out more details. Prior to getting my charges dropped, I tried to assist my friend with a pickup and he got denied and the workers were unhelpful with their explanation and provided alternative options. The whole experience was a big pain in the ass and I am looking forward to trying out a different rental service in the future.

Rebecca AFirst they moved our reservation time because the truck wasn't available, even though we scheduled several days in advance. Second, the truck was dirty when we picked it up and there was trash in the back. Third when we returned the truck we were overcharged for fuel usage. We used exactly 15 miles but we were charged for 4 gallons out of spite because this guy has an attitude every time we come to this location. The fuel gauge barely budged and he put on the receipt it was way down when it wasn't. We used a truck from a different location just a few weeks prior same exact 15 miles and they charged us for half the fuel. He just doe it to be a jerk. So no I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
SALINA JOnline it stated the story hours were 5 pm however they were closed at 3 pm. I turned vehicle in a day early and was still charged the after hours fee. Will not use this company ever again. First and last time customer

John AI had to go through several iterations with your reservation system. I would reserve a truck and then get a text a day later telling me it’s not available and sending me to another inconvenient location with a larger truck.
Mark BI was able to rent the cargo van that I wanted and the customer service at the counter was very good. However, the cargo van itself needed to be vacuumed and cleaned on the inside for me to say that it was "clean and well-maintained"

VIPUL PWhile in route to the location, the door flew open while braking. To prevent this from happening while in transit to the new location, I zip tied the lock to prevent it from coming undone.

Dennis EThe truck was poorly maintained on acquisition break and engine warnings started going off almost immediately once the truck was in motion. It was clear the breaks were more than worn through and made me unsure of the vehicles ability to break in the occurrence of an emergency. Thankfully we did not have to travel too far. I expected better maintenance of these vehicles from such a widespread and well known company.

BRIAN TI was in need of an enclose space to pick up furniture like asap. And everything was closed. So the mobile pickup made it really convenient to pick up and drop off. Never done it before on the phone but it was like 20/10 for a first time user. Really enjoyed how easy it was. No complaints from me
Garin HFix the horn n the van other than that it was fine. A odor and looks like dog hair. Horn is needed in all vehicles.

Rebecca MYour website/app is a hot mess. It took over 30 minutes to check in, unable to do it on the app. The counter folks said it is averaging 30-45 minutes per customer because your website constantly hangs up. Unable to upload the pictures either picking up or dropping off because of the issues. Will look elsewhere in the future for rentals, but the location was friendly and none of this was their fault. The app/website doesn't work regardless of where you are... I would recommend the location but NOT UHAUL AS A COMPANY.

Thoams TFirst of all this survey is incomplete. There is nothing wrong with the location. The poor guy there helped a lot. However, it is not in his hand. The worst online service by u haul. Server was down for almost half day. Waited for several hours. Too slow. Failed to complete the booking several time timed out at end stage. So pathetic, so disappointing. I mean I don’t believe how careless u-haul is. I wish there were more company like them in the market and we get more alternatives.

charlie sThe staff was friendly and professional. The gentleman that assisted my family and I went above the call of duty. I purchased a hitch ball and draw bar at my local U-Haul store (Tanglewood, Sebring, FL) for my automobile. It turns out I was sold the wrong size and was not informed that I needed an adapter to work with the U-Haul trailer. Thank God he had exactly what I needed (his last hitch ball/draw bar) for my Mercedes GLS 450. There is nothing I can even begin to suggest to improve the customer experience. They were there when I needed the assistance the most.
DAVID AI didn't go in as I dropped it off after hours through phone app. Everything worked well and key drop off was easy to find.
