The door was locked when we arrived and no one was there. I received a call from a manager the day prior confirming that I didn't want additional dolly carts, yet they were in the front seat when we arrived and had to be hauled with us because the building doors were locked. Had the manager not of called me, I wouldn't have had a number to call to even get into the truck. We had to do it all ourselves...getting the key, taking pictures, moving the dolly while the guy on the phone "managed" our reservation over the phone. We weren't quoted any price and ended up with over a $500 bill for an overnight trip to Lawrence, KS, which would have been fine but being prepared for that total cost beforehand would have been nice. Easier to rent from the U-Haul place in Lake Manawa that has an actual physical location than this location.
