This place was a dump!! Nobody came out to greet or help me. They also had multiple dogs running around loose! One of them barked and truly scared me. I’m afraid of dogs so let that sink in. Horrible, horrible place!!

Daisy Mae quickly became my best friend after offering free belly rubs. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They unloaded and unhooked the car carrier without having to ask. We had a mishap during the trip and our TV arrived shattered. They said they would remove it for us and dispose in their dumpster.
UHaul was a little more expensive than their competitors but I have become a true fan and am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. I will NEVER shop rates again.

The location was closed, so we did not have the opportunity to interact with personnel. The Dropbox was easy to locate. The location would have felt unsafe after hours if I had been alone without my husband.

Picked up trailer and took it home, noticed one of the tires was low in air, upon investigation it had 2 nails in the tire, took the tire off, went back to where i picked up the trailer and swapped it with a good tire

The equipment location was in a mud pit and the poor guy expected to put it on the hitch practically thru this back out getting it on because he could not get his high lift back to the trailer.

Your reservation system is terrible. I reserved a truck a week early and was run all over to get a truck which would have cost me much more money. My local dealer was able to overcome the u-haul reservation debacle and get me what I needed.

I booked online and selected no insurance, when I went to pickup, they tried changing for insurance without asking. This is the second time that happened, the first time I didn’t realize they put the insurance on it and paid for it.
