Waited nearly 2 hours to get the equipment only to find that the tow lights cable was torn out by a previous using resulting in another hour to wait on a replacement. I booked nearly a week in advance where I feel there was ample time to inspect the equipment to avoid this.Patrick H.

Had to wait in line approx 15 min to be waited on because only one employee working could process the U-Haul rental. There was technical difficulties that delayed the process and after having me sign the appropriate paperwork I was handed the key without any further instructions. I had to ask which truck it was and where it was located. Additionally, I reserved a truck for 8AM but had to wait until the business opened at 9AM to pick up the truck because only one truck at that location is set up to be processed via cell phone and it wasn't the size I reserved. Despite all of this, my experience with reserving a U-Haul via calling1-800-GO-U-HAUL was MUCH worse. At no point was I ever informed that a $100 security deposit would be required. It should be common sense that a deposit would be required but with the stress of moving it never occurred to me. I honestly don't think I will ever rent a U-HAUL again.rosalie W.

If I could give UHaul a rating, it would be zero stars. We waited close to an hour to rent a $15 cart, due to problems with your computer system. I felt badly for the workers at Jake's -- they were doing the best they could. My only complaint with Jake's was that there was not a single mask to be seen. Unfortunately, that isn't exactly uncommon in our area.JESSE C.

Trailer was missing the pigtail, pigtail taken from another trailer was thrown away by owner where I dropped off due to poor condition. Also, no 4-pin adapters in stock at location so lucky I had one.PATRICK L.

I have no problem with the location, service was good. Self pickup using the web application could be improved. Verification using a license picture and selfie should be sufficient; that's about equivalent to the checks done during a normal pickup. Not sure why phoning a contact is necessary, because they can easily miss the call which makes the pickup process longer and defeats the purpose if I then need to speak with an employee.Patrick D.

My biggest problem was your website to reserve the trailer. It didn't work smoothly. I had to go through the whole process 4-5 times before I got what I wanted. My other recommendation is that the renting location should have the equipment you are renting positioned and waiting near the office for easier hookup and communication. You should also be able to drop it off at the same spot.ANDREW O.
