booking/reservation - the booking process was glitchy, we booked and needed to adjust the booking and ended up the system showed the wrong info, the wrong location was booked, wrong info was displayed, then wrong booking was reserved. basically everything was wrong. called customer service and rep cancelled wrong booking or made wrong adjustment. ended the place i wanted to go to was cancelled, went to the back up location but they didn't have our booking and seems liek the original booking wasn't cancelled. it was all very messy. truck - the side mirror was loose, while driving the side mirror would shift and angled outwards causing the side mirror not usable during driving which is very dangerous.

Bradley CI had a horrible experience with Uhaul. I have a Uhaul “Center” across the street from my residence. It is the Xsell Conveniance Store, at 200 Springhead Gardens in Richmond Hill. I went into the store 10 days in advance to reserve a truck. The owner couldn’t answer the most basic questions & waved me out telling me everything had to be done by me online. He would simply give me a key on the day I reserved. I called Uhaul directly and reserved a truck by phone. I gave your operator specific pick up & drop off location at that store, the date, and a single day usage of a 15’ truck. He confirmed all details on the phone. On the morning of my rental, I walked across the street to find no truck there. In the store I was told there was no truck there for me and it must be my mistake and there was nothing he could do. He smiled & waved me out of the store. I then had to drive to the other side of town to the James Snow Storage. I explained the situation to the 2 employees and they couldn’t be more helpful. They got me into a truck quickly & respectfully, and were very understanding. They found that the reservation they saw had different locations for pick up, drop off & half the rental time I requested. If I ever rent from Uhaul again, I would definitely go to James Snow office. But I will NEVER use the Excel location or reserve a vehicle with your online service again. Respectfully,

Paul TI had a real hard time with the pick up location at 1001 s Kahshe lake rd, Kilworthy, inside a one stopShell gas station: The site operator upgraded size of my rental truck and charged me a higher rate without anyone’s consent, and told me the rate differential is refundable deposit. I had to call U-Haul headquarter number to get this shorted. It took us almost 2 hours to sort this out while moving companies paid by the hour was waiting at home. The 15” truck we ended up getting also had a front right bearing issue,, making it noisy and unsafe to drive.

MARJANEH MThis location is great and I have no issue with this branch; unfortunately I don’t have the same feeling for the actual u-hall. I booked 26’ truck to make a single move; but they changed my booking for 20’ in last minute! Even they pay $50 credit and some other discounts; but we made 2 trips and that costed me over $300 for movers. I wasn’t a happy camper. I booked a big truck for reason and they messed it up.

FARROKH TThe store was closed when I arrived around 3pm on Sunday April 26. Can't the Sunday hours be longer with a 4 or 5pm closing? Nice big spacious lot to park the truck was nice.
mark aIt took 30 minutes to get through the office and I walked up to the desk (no line-up). Big system problems, very slow so much so that my agent could not complete the rental agreement and had to ask some one else for assistance and that still took another 15 minutes. It would appear U-haul needs to increase their data center capacity especially during month end busy days.

HAIHAO LI rented a trailer and the locking mechanism for the tailgate was unacceptable and should not have gone out to the customer this way. The unit has had better days.
TOMMASO SBoth pick up and drop off locations were changed the day of the move. One should not be able to book, if everything is subject to change. I understand pickup changes, but telling me I can't drop off at the selected location the day of my one-way trip is not understandable. I paid much more for a one-way trip, and it ended up costing much more time and money.

MAHMOOD KThe tire pressure light was up and I told that it is sensor error! The tank was almost empty! I know that I need to refill, but don’t expect an empty tank upon pickup The food container of the last renter was under the passenger seat. Telling me that there is no regular inspection or checks in the cars! I need to say that the young gentleman at reception was very nice and cooperative. Give him 5 stars.
ALIREZA YThe truck wasn't dirty in the cabin but it was very dusty. Vacuuming would have been easy and quick to leave it. Nice and clean but the service at this place is really good and the location is very convenient and they can get you in and out very quickly. So it's only a small issue. No biggie

I had a person come from 100 km , another person set to do work the next day... something was worked out at the end, but a company of this size should be more on the ball... thanks anyway.

Lisa DThe employee who calls himself V told me that i can not rent a trailer unless i have a credit card that I dont have and i explained to him that I alway rent it using my debit card he said he will this last time and not the next as if he makes the rules debit card is a legal way to pay even after i accepted being charged twice for the deposit i told him ill customer service and get the refund after i return the trailer i have a feeling he is just being lazy to have to refund the debt deposit
