The Uhaul 24/7 portal was terrible. I needed to pick up using the 24 hour portal through the app and it took me over 1 hour to pick up my truck including calls to customer service. Eventually I was able to pick this up, but due to the timing, and location change to somewhere 30 mins further than my location needed, I missed key timings to get things dropped off. Costing me additional time, money, and ruining the scheduling of my move

Sharham behmihaCustomer rep was great and all went well. But when return the truck the charge for fuel was 1.43/m while the quoted price said 0.89/m on booking. I submit my disagreement when was completing return and was written will get a call from uhaul prior to charge but had no call and simply got charged my visa. Also unable to download the receipt when using app for my own record. Such as rubbish service. Won’t recommend uhaul.

Zahin NooriThis dealer tried to rip us off by charging us for a dolley that we returned. We had them review the security footage and it showed that the staff removed it from the truck before they attempted to charge us for it. Glad we went back to watch the camera footage with them. I'll never use a Uhaul dealer again.

Fazil MohammedI am thoroughly pissed off with U Haul in the Niagara peninsula for their lack of service and availability. A sign stuck to a pole in front of a motel with no units of any kind is not what i accept as a U Haul dealer. The same goes for a milk store where you are constantly bypassed for someone buying a loaf of bread. i even believe I read something about no one way trips. That is what U Haul is all about. There is no way that I was going to rent a truck in St Catharines or Niagara falls which is 35 miles out of my way then drive it to Toronto then return it to Niagara falls and then pay double the gas and mileage. I ended up renting a trailer in Toronto dragging it to Port Colborne and returning it in Toronto. Again the 360 Newkirk location was excellent with 26 trucks on the lot at that time and every type of trailer that you could imagine. .
RON COOKI originally ordered a 15' truck in Aurora, they didnt have any in aurora, so they sent me to Richmondhill. They told me that I will get 30km extra for free, but ended up charging me still for the extra mileage.

Roy FalconJust wanted to let you know that I had left my vehicle underneath the light near the building in your parking lot area and someone tried to steal my wheels on the car. Three lug nuts were removed from one wheel rendering it dangerous to drive on. Keep a closer eye on the lot since Richmond Hill, is no longer the safe place it used to be.

Mark FloresThe original reservation was for 8635 Keele St Unit 1, after booking for 12pm and someone hitting my car I never called to extend my reservation and they gave my Uhaul away after only being late by 1 hour. That location has very poor customer service and the attendant was very rude We do plan on filing a complaint with head office about that location for both not keeping the reservation or at least calling to confirm if we are planning on cancelling or if we are simply just late. Uhaul should really be careful who they are allowing to represent them. 360 Newkirk was great in terms of customer service and was a lot more understanding to our situation

Specifically, I am concerned about the fuel charges incurred during my rental period. I used the vehicle for less than 15 kilometers and returned it with the same fuel tank. Despite this, I was surprised to see a fuel service charge and a fuel charge on my bill, totaling $55. I believe this charge is unjustified given the minimal fuel consumption during my use of the vehicle. I kindly request a review of the charges and a refund for the fuel-related fees. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in resolving this issue.

Kevin TennantI booked a furniture dolly that this location didn’t have. The system should have told me that instead of me finding out on the day of, while picking up the truck. Also I found customer service to be pleasant but not very forthcoming. I booked a 20’ truck and 2 days before my booking date, u-haul called to tell me the customer before me had extended their booking and therefore, they had to change mine to the 15’ truck. They did not mention the guaranteed booking credit of $50 in the event they cannot fulfill my booking until I prompted them. The location did not have the furniture dolly and still charged me for it, and I had to call them to get it refunded. That said, all personnel I dealt with were polite and immediately gave me the credits/refund once I did contact them.

JAMES MARSH1. Pleased make sure the tracks have winter tires as required. I drove from Toronto where it was +12 to Ottawa where it was -2 and icy, it was a hilly area, and I had a loaded trailer. I was closing to a trouble, but firefighters who just happened to be nearby helped me get back on the road, but I had to listen to their opinions on tires quality. 2. I found that the dispatcher(s) measure the trip based on the total vehicle run. It is perfectly fine with me. However, there is a trip indicator on the dashboard, which I used to measure my trip mileage, and I found a discrepancy between the two measurements after I received the bill. If I am not mistaken, and unfortunately I did not take the pictures, I think this may require attention. Otherwise, the opportunity to rent a pick up track with the hitch for a trailer was very useful to me, and the crew was friendly and helpful.
