This whole rental was a bit of a nightmare. My truck had broken down 200 miles from home. The only way to get it home was to rent a truck and trailer. I had to go 40 miles by Uber to pick up the truck. I called the day before and told them I would be there by 4PM. When i got there they were closed. It took four phone calls to U haul before I got someone to explain that I had to go to download the U haul app to unlock the box to get the key. Then I had to go another 40 miles to get the trailer. They closed at 7 and I barley made it there in time. Then I had to go back 70 miles to get my truck. The truck was 26 feet long and the trailer was at least 18. It was a nightmare driving thru Atlanta. I got home around 1:30 AM.. It was a very stressful situation.

JOHN MWhen I went to pick up the truck it was Night time. No light at allll! Very unsafe, and that was horrible!! When I returned it I met this sweet lady who was so nice and I hate to give a bad review, BUT the wrong person with the wrong intentions, could have made this tragic!! Trying to get a key in the dark should never be. They need to add more lighting. If not for this, it would have been great experience.
