Love the text-based return instructions, but there’s a catch: Do not lock the truck or drop the keys until you’ve taken your photos! The system asks for odometer and equipment pictures at the very end. I learned the hard way after locking up, leaving me stuck. Great service otherwise, just needs a clearer warning.
Sebastian LWhile J&D was an excellent location, this was our second location as we wasted well over 30 minutes trying to locate the vehicle at All County Auto. After we found the vehicle (blocked in by cars). We then had no way of moving it as there were no keys to be found in an of the lock boxes. Very disappointed in the initial experience as I was paying movers an hourly rate. The third customer service rep I spoke to was extremely helpful and got me set up with the new location.

LAURENCE JThe owner when we were delivering the truck started shouting and saying bad words that I didn’t expect from U-Haul and he charged me 3 gallons of gas that is not correct and I expect the U-Haul refund this fee. I put enough gas to make it exactly what I received. Previous time I put $122 and U-Haul didn’t reimburse me for the extra gas. This time I filled the exact what I received and I am charged for gas. I am getting another truck today and I am planning to get another one next week
MOHAMMAD HFlexibility of parking is excellent for drop off
MAYER HHello: Truck was in excellent condition - noticed the right rear tail light was not working. I had a difficult time retrieving the keys to the van so had to contact customer support for the password. Also, drop off was challenging as it was not possible to upload the photo of the odometer because the app froze every time I tried to submit.

Nellie Jlocation hard to find, had no parking, and truck was parked inches from another truck. Also gas was very empty when I picked up so I had to fuel up immediately before I could use it. uhaul online process was extremely annoying and having to take ten pictures of the truck makes it more work than if they just had a person.
