The trailer had trash in it upon arrival. Not sure why it was not cleaned. Knowing there is a charge for it. Returned it better than received. The location has limited staffing, but she was warm and did her best. I will consider this location again

The lady at the front didn't understand the process for the U-Haul pick up and drop and didn't communicated on the truck being drop off at 430pm the same day so later that week I had a U-Haul rep call me asking me if I drop it off I said yes I handed the lady the key but she never check me out of dropping the truck off, will not be doing business with this location but I will keep doing business with U-Haul at other location. Thank you.
Carve OTruck was buried in snow, rear door would not close, and it was almost out of gas. I put gas in it, and then you charged me for gas too. Very poor experience.
