You never know how peoples days are going. I was having technical difficulties when I arrived and I had already had a rough couple of days. Mr. Brown called me to ask if I needed any assistance, after I said yes. He arrived 2 minutes later (before the establishment was open on a Sunday morning). He resolved my technical issues and ensured I had everything I needed with immaculate customer service skills.

I was told by both the owners and U-Haul that this location was open until 5 PM. After driving almost 3 hours to a new town, I arrived expecting to be able to speak with someone in person about a few things before completing my drop-off. Instead, the owner had closed the store at 4 PM and chose not to respond to calls or any other form of communication. I had called hours in advance to confirm the location and its hours, yet I was still left sitting outside in 100-degree heat for nearly an hour on the phone with U-Haul customer service trying to figure out what to do. If being available during the advertised business hours is too much a chore maybe consider a different type of store

Alford BI was very satisfied overall. The appointment was very smooth and the gentleman was extremely polite and friendly. He helped me hook up the trailer, checked all the lights and I was all set. The parking lot was very spacious and I was able to to drop the trailer off with no issues. I definitely will rent from him next time.

Andre DAfter my pick up location messed up horribly, the employee here went above and beyond trying to right their wrongs. He is still actively working to resolve the overcharge issues, however a much more pleasant experience.

I do apologize I didn't ask him his name, I was pushed for time but he did a outstanding job. Truck was ready and really clean the A/C was super cold. Perfect, Thank You!

CLEO WI have been renting for years and this location is by far the best. The staff was super nice and very professional. I had trouble getting the roll up door to close. I called the office he said I will be there right away. Fortunately, it was my error and I manged to get it to work before he arrived. 5 stars for this location. I would also like to say the Fishing Creek location in Oxford is top tier also. 5 stars
