Other locations for drop off in my area are available 24 hours a day to drop off the trailer or truck. Not this one. I arrived at 4:00 a.m. to drop off the trailer because my contract said to drop off by 7:00 a.m. This lot didn't open until 10:00 am - very inconvenient.melvin M.

The truck cab had not been cleaned and was full of dog hair. The dolly that I had ordered was not available and it took more time than necessary to pick up. The owner was very kind and did go out of his way to try and accommodate however in the future I would choose a larger uHaul dealer to avoid the inconvenience.Kacie K.

Had to wait an hour for an employee to show up to release the truck. They didnt even "know" they had a reservation so no one qualified was at work. Ended up costing us an additional $100 in labor costs on top of the costs of this move.Ray A.

I only received one contract for the two trucks. Also, the one I did have did not have a drop off location. I had to then call UHaul AGAIN!!! to find out how to drop off this second truck. This was by far the WORST experience I have had moving, and I have moved every year since 2005. After sitting on hold again that Saturday, waiting for customer service to pick up, I was finally able to speak with Erica Peterson. She was very helpful when it came to filing my complaint about this experience. She said someone would get back to me on Monday. She filed two claims for me. The first claim was the refund of the insurance that I did not ask for that Angel put on the reservation. The second was for repayment of the movers and the second tank of gas. Angel called me on Monday and told me there was nothing she could do because she issued me the $50 credit already. Well that is for my inconvenience. Not for the $60 in gas, and $150 in movers that I lost out on. She said to email her the receipts for these and she would get back to me the next day. This was on June 25.... it is now July 3 and I have NOT heard back from ANYONE regarding my refund or an update on my claim. I HOPE THAT THIS CATCHES SOMEONES ATTENTION AND THEY RETURN MY CALL REGARDING THIS. I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO HIGHER UPS IF NEED BE.Julie R.

The location I picked up at did a fantastic job, but I am still upset that after asking a reservation at least one month in advance, with a U-Haul location in my town, I get a call the day before I am supposed to pick up telling me I have to go to a location over 1.5 hours away.Michael G.

We had to stop 20 mins into trip because brake lights & blinkers didn't work. Cost us 1 hr of travel time. When we got to final destination our king size mattress was soaked because there were holes in the gaskets on the door. 3days & still no word from claims. Had no problems I understood the terms. The lady taking my information helped me to find the best truck although I planned for smaller there was an oversight on the web I could not find that 10' trucks have no loading ramps so she helped me to get a truck to get the job done more efficiently. Was no way to get uhaul vehicle into the lot after hours. If they have an after hours drop box then they should allow access to their property after hours as well. Had to park in empty lot next door. But thankfully everything worked out okjohn E.

The lady that waited on me was VERY rude, we were doing the paperwork on the trailer, she got up and left the room for at least 10 minutes, never said anything, just left me standing there. I told her I booked the trailer online, and she got mad about that, and said you should call me, not Uhaul. She had nothing good to say about Uhaul, she complained about Uhaul the entire check out process. I don't think this is a person that should be representing Uhaul. The guy that worked there ( I assume it was the owner) was very helpful, but his wife was a handful.Donald Y.

I swept and cleaned the U-Haul because I could get a 25$ deductible. I recieved no deductible, while also bringing it back with a full tank instead of just 3/4ths like they said to. I put more money into this truck than I should have.Elizabeth D.
