The agent was very uncooperative.. it took me 1 hr and 45 minutes to get the key to a truck that was reserved in my name. After getting to the location, I explained to the agent I had a reservation, she would not take a look at the reservation and kept telling me the truck was reserved for another person who was going to pick it up at 1:30... it took me 3 calls to uhaul and her a call to her manager I'm guessing before I could get the key.. the agent even went to get lunch, came back and ate all while I was waiting. She kept telling me to go to a different location to get a truck and she will not give me the truck at her location because its reserved to a man and not in a female name. I was highley upset as I had my 7 month old baby in the car with his dad, hot and frustrated. The customer service at this location is trash. I spent alot of money and wasted time for a truck that I almost never got the key for...very disappointed... however drop to the location in Winter Park was very quick and easy.. some kind of compensation needs to be given for this contract..Tiffaney W.

Check the headlights and replace when returned. The passenger side headlamp barely had any light produced from it. Limited evening use because of 1 head lamp actually working road travel.Wendy D.

The check in process was horrible. It took a half an hour from the time I got there to the time I got my keys. I sent a picture of my license 3 times and they kept saying it wasn't going thru. I then did the express check in from my phone and it said everything was confirmed and accepted, but they still wouldn't give me the keys. I ended up being late to get where I needed and almost couldn't complete the task I got the van for in the first place. Terrible customer service the owner was yelling at me over the phone telling me I was wrong and I couldn't have the keys, even tho I had proof that everything was approved. It was a nightmare! Completely ghetto would not recommend to anyone. Also, there was a large shard of glass left in the back of the van so clearly they aren't checking for cleanliness between drivers!!!!Tori T.
There are no signs indicating this location is associated with U-Haul, even a small sign in the window would have been helpful. The staff was very rude and disinterested in helping.Christopher W.
Frightful experience. Clerk was asleep at the counter. Facility was filthy, bug crawling on paperwork. Truck smelled, I needed to wipe it down in order to drive it. Felt like I paid a lot more than I thought I would pay. $19.95 a day plus 19 miles total. Why did I pay $79?Todd S.

Really bad overall experience. The ladies working the desk were not efficient and I felt that my personal information was at risk. They charged us for an extra day and had the return date completely wrong. There was a language barrier but that doesn't not explain the experience and incorrect charges. Luckily a UHaul customer service rep helped me with my refund.Laura G.

After I booked my Uhaul rental I went to you site to sign up for the expedited check in/out. I submitted the front and back of my drivers license and the other information it asked for. When I arrived to the location, their computer would not work. The lady at the counter seemed to see me an inconvenience. She called her boss who processed me from wherever he was. I was there approximately 30 minutes before I was handed the keymark H.
My experience from beginning to end it was Horrendous! The U-haul name is not being represented like it should be. The representative was slow, inefficient, rude, and totally disrespectful and not only to me but to my friend who came to pick me up after I dropped the truck off. I will never go back to that location again. I may not even use the U-Haul Services ever again. Probably the worst customer service I've ever received. I will be filing a formal complaint.victoria C.

Office was dirty, People very slow and unprofessional, although I don't mind other people speaking other languages this should not happen just for respect to others , car was not fully loaded and I returned with extra gas, there was a sharp piece of glass on the side of the driver that almost cut my hand . The person at the counter was not capable for completing the transaction. She tried to charge me an addition $100.00 deposit. I requested to speak to a manager. She called somebody and had to be told how to complete the process. The process took aver 40 minutes. The location was very uncomfortable. There were several other services offered at this location, therefore a very assorted groups of people. I will not use this location again. However the truck was new, the day we were packing it was raining and the roof of the truck leaks. Therefore everything we were packing was getting wet. Defeats the purpose for an enclosed truck.ilene C.
Personal not on site had to conduct information on phone then said information dropped From computer needed it all over again. When I brought truck back to where I reserved it was told by the owner he was not on the paperwork saying he reserved the truck. Also was told the gas was at 1/4 we filled it up I believe the truck has a 30 gallon tank it took 29.5 gals filled up as soon as we left. Where we dropped off is where we reserved the truckricky O.

I guess the woman was new to the uhaul drop off task but she did stop what she was doing to make sure everything was done to her known ability. I gave her my email to ensure my deal with uhaul was complete. I ended up just calling to make sure it was done and I believe Jamie confirmed everything and told her to give me a call back if anything else was required.Jordan S.
