Please note that this was not my location to rent from and I was told additional miles would be given since I had to pick up in Boca instead of the 2 miles from my location. The size equipment was not available and this was your agent's attempt to rectify the problem. Then a week later I get a text that I still had the equipment. Today I get a receipt that I am charged additional miles and gas when I returned it exactly where it was when I picked it up. As to the miles, I want to refer to my original contract - where are the extra miles that I was to be allowed in order to get the truck from Boca to North Lauderdale prior to my drive to Winter Haven? This entire experience has been nothing but a nightmare.

RICHARD F.i rented a car transporter and the first one was lin such poor condition i had to return and get a different one. Neither had the emergency brake system greased and on the first unit, the brakes were locked. A huge waste of time.
