My original drop off location was going to close before I could get there. I called ahead to get instructions. The attendant said there was a drop box to leave the key there. We arrived and there was no drop box. We had to look for another location. Inconvenience to do this.Tamikia T.
The Uhaul representative assisting my already terrible experience with a key not being present for the first reservation, specifically said this location was a counter pickup. Showed up to a sketchy corner store with an angry owner telling me he has nothing to do with uhaul, to call customer service. Out of desperation created by 2 failed attempts with UHaul reservations I switched it to 24/7 truck share. This forced me to wait even longer for approval. Total time chasing UHaul for help was 1 hour from original time. Some people have to rush to meet deadlines and this truck share system is terrible.Austin F.

Learn how to handle the customer, I paid 100.00 and didn't get anything done U-Haul has done nothing but cast me an extreme amount of money due to not having my scheduled pick up was on hold w customer service for over an 1hr standing outside of a convenient store I had already pd U-Haul and this was the service I bb recieved from you all.. I asked to be refunded my money and was asked to call customer service in the morning. I did call in the morning and I still have not received anything back . I never been so unhappy with UHAUL in my life I made my reservation on Thursday for Saturday. Saturday morning ten minutes before pick I as told my truck was not available nor was a 20 ft. And the closest location would be 30 minutes away and would add 10.6 miles each way in addition to my original mileage. And I would not get any adjustments for the inconvenience. Then we we were to told there was a 10ft truck available that would be closer than the35 minute drive we had, so we agreed to take the 10 ft once we reached that location we found out that someone had already reserved that truck and so we had to still had to drive 40 minutes to find out that truck did not have a DOLLY that we needs so we had to purchase a dolly $64 and which was more time and money. Than we were told we would have the truck for 6 hours as requested but in actuality we were only given 5 hours. And charges $70 for something that should have been$55 I will definitely think twice before renting from Uhaul again. Angela GardnerAngela G.

"Would you recommend this location to a friend" is a difficult question because there were several locations involved! It must be the latest UHaul policy that one rents in one place but picks truck up somewhere else and that "somewhere else" changed three times for me. I thought it would be like seven years ago where I did paperwork and pickup at same place and dropped truck at a Haul site in the new location. I was in for a very frustrating wake up call! In span of late evening and next morning, I was jerked around and sent to three different places!!! I don't care how much Uhaul is saving with this method, it has left more that me (I read reviews) frustrated and angry. I don't plan to use Uhaul again in this lifetime no matter how much I have to paid Penske, or Two Guys, or whoever it will be much less frustrating and peaceful especially because the move itself is very stressful and then you throw in something like Uhaul policies and it's a wonder I didn't have a breakdown.Hope B.

I was trying to go on the website to return the truck and it did not recognize my phone number nor my email address. I had to talk to a customer service representative for assistance. There should also be a sign posted outsidetge corner store to go inside for return assistance. (That's why I called customer service). Once I went inside the 2 men were friendly and took a picture of my contract and I gave them the keys.SANDRA Q.
Picked up u-haul from a small corner store. The clerk was nice but 4 out of the 6 customers that walked in while I was in there did not have masks on and were not asked to put one on. The cab of the u-haul was filthy. Seats, floor, cup holders looked as if they were not ever cleaned. When I opened up the u-haul there was a larger broken dresser left in there. I tried to call the store to ask what I do with it and no one ever answered. Overall I would not recommend this place to rent from. Was not satisfied with the experience.Priscilla B.

There was no clear instructions at the location and the only â€œemployeeâ€ was a gas station clerk that didn't care and seemed to be upset that I was only there for the drop off. This location could benefit from some upgrade to lot management.Juan A.
The uhaul was dirty, had not been disinfected let alone cleaned during a nationwide pandemic and to make matters worse when I asked Ahmad working behind the counter if it had been cleaned he rudely told me that they are never ever cleaned which was heard by a uhaul customer service individual.Courtney K.

The wait was long, the same man was tending to store needs and Uhaul reservations, and he couldn't answer many questions since we wasn't aware of all uhaul policies. Regional office Ms Pamela, needs to be reprimanded, she's rude she hung up on me 2 times. And she's a bitch cause she thinks she can treat people any oh way. She sounds like she belongs in a cubical, she should not be allowed to talk to guest. She will cause you a lawsuit. I would like my phone calls with her sent to the GM, Regional Mgr. Everyone in training should hear her phones calls, so they know THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER!!! I TALKED to over 10 agents and every single one of them were respectful n understanding, nice they know how to LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER. Please don't forget to LISTEN to our calls and send me a copy of all my phone logs with every agent. Please don't forget (Ms. I don't care about my customers). Please send my call to the GM, Regional and all other managers. She needs to be suspended without pay. She's AWFUL I ask you please remove her from taking CUSTOMER calls. I will continue to file a complaint against her everyday until mgmt listens to her calls.Maria B.
