Location was unsecured and in a bad section of town. Person who was at the location had no idea of proper procedures and had no knowledge of what to do. Had to take care of everything on the phone with customer service. One good point was customer service did an excellent job with this situation!

Stephen WI had to call this location 4 times before I reached someone who could confirm my reservation. Upon arrival to pick up the trailer the owner of the store had no idea how to check me in to the system. He had no computer and had me call U haul to check me in. After I left I called dispatch and registered a complaint. The owner of Jawani Express then called me up swearing at me for the negative review. After hanging up on him he called back two more times. Dispatch was notified and was helpful. They asked me to message the district manager which I did twice without a return call. The equipment was good but the service was lacking.
James RThe person who was present at check out was inexperienced. The equipment had 2 pieces of broken plastic inside. Right side wheel bearing seemed loud. Otherwise everything went smoothly. Very limited availability across WNY.
Paul BCab was dirty with chips and debris. We did not clean the chips or debris up we had no Time. The app kept failing trying to send photos, and we spent so much time trying to complete the reservation and got very frustrated. The website worked, the app DID NOT. the camera method used in the app for Android is horrible.
