We did not receive all the moving blankets. We ordered (2) dozen, they gave us 2 blankets. There was no instruction on what to do if the moving truck broke down or got a flat. We paid an additional fee for roadside service, they should have provided the driver with that information. And in a special note when I secured both the truck and the car transport, I specifically told them that we wanted the transport hooked up to our pickup truck. They refused and said it was policy. This was ridiculous since you can just rent a car transport. Very disappointed.
Raymond K.Another customer had returned their truck and parked in front of multiple other trucks so that we couldn't pull out. Even though it was a Sunday morning, the owner drove over and moved the truck so that we could get out which was above and beyond for him.
Tyler N.Was about an hour late on the return, charged me an extra day. I get it, its business. Called me, told me they needed the truck, I said I was out about 10 minutes. 10 Minutes later, guy (super polite) checks me in, and we are ALL GOOD. The transaction was complete. While I was getting in the car, and leaving, another guy called me 5 times, left a nasty pissed off message stating they needed the truck now. Mind you they already have the truck, and it's been checked in. Cant say I would recommend them, J and R is just down the road, THOSE GUYS RULE, USE J and R for your moving needs.

I am not sure if the website had glitches,but the drop off location kept changing. I also wished this location had a place to leave the key during non-business hours.Customer Service was very helpful with the drop off location issue.

Niki K.It would be helpful if Uhaul would verify with the provider that they have the items requested. They didn't have the type of chart or number of blankets requested available. They were extremely nice and gave us what they had but it would have been helpful to know this before we arrived.
Lori H.I'm going to rate this location positively, because it was my choice to drop off the truck after dark and in the rain. The lot was dark, and it wasn't very clear where I should leave the truck. Also, I stepped in ankle-deep water while looking for the key-drop. I would recommend better lighting and signage.
Mark M.wiper blades were bad , check engine came on a very bad stretch of my trip through the mountains in bad weather , did not think i was going to make it up hills , would like some kind of compensation for my horrible experince , please call me at 2677722274
joseph W.No one was at the location on the website, had to drive to a second location (not far) to sign the papers. The second location was a well-used mechanic shop where no one wore face masks for Covid-19. I think I will pick up from another location next time, the truck was great.
