I have been renting U-Haul s for years 30-50 a year. I donâ€™t read the contract anymore and they added over a 20.00 charge because I night dropped without checking it in on my phone. I never did it before and didnâ€™t get charged. Highway robbery when I spend a fortune with U-Haul and follow the rules. Thanks a lot for taking my money

It was late they were closing they were ready to go so I didn't bother to ask questions in regards to my final bill. I was more upset when he stated that I could have taken truck to a closer location. If that was the case the customer service rep would have told me that.

Was told by 2 places I qualified for a free month of storage after we unloaded was then told it was for 1 way only. Very upset about this. I even got an email saying I qualified for 1 free month.
Hard to find where to park truck and small area for key drop off
The vehicle and on location customer service were not an issue; those were as expected. However the after hours pickup was problematic. We came to pick up the truck, followed the instructions and there was no key. We called customer service as we sat in our car, in the rain, with our 2 month old for 30 minutes. The customer service agent verified our instructions and we had to end up opening several of the key boxes because someone left the key in the wrong box (there were two keys in the same box). The customer service agent, once we got through after the wait was very good by the way - she did a great job. While we were going through this process we saw another customer try to figure out how to drop off his key and he also had difficulty and ended up leaving to return the key the next day. Our issue was finally resolved close to an hour later. It was a poor experience and we will not do after hour pickup at this location again. The issue is the process; the customers seemed confused about where to return the keys - And there was confusion concerning the lockboxes. Perhaps consider adding instructions next to the lockboxes/key drop off location about what to do if there is an issue and make it easy for returning customers to get through (or use a recording) would help. Also is it possible to staff for surges in customer demand?

The customer service representative in the lobby provided assistance to two other customers that arrived after me, I was in line for more than 20 minutes until I received any services. The guys on the outside were very professional and assisted with all of my request.
Everything was alright with the trunk I rented out. Didnâ€™t hear any bad sounds from vehicle. Everything worked in the cockpit properly.
Not the manager but one of the workers was not helpful in my returning ofmy trailer he didn't want to unhook the trailer he told me to use the automated system to do my return an he was was still open even though it was 659 and they don't close til 700

Doug was a cool dude and I got my shit moved. I live 40 minutes away and will drive to this uhaul for my trailer rental needs. Very efficient even without a reservation.
The customer service rep was not very professional. He talked fast as if you should know every step and detail. Needs to be more patient and understanding when people have questions.
If I return fuel over the amount that I picked it up from, I should be credited the extra amount. Plus, when I make a reservation for pick up at a certain time, the rental should be ready. Its an inconvenience that there is only one person working the front desk and a line out the door. That by itself delays the rental process and the rental was not ready at all.
So As I arrived at the location employees were walking out They said you can simply follow the page and log yourself out and drop the keys. Thatâ€™s the only explanation. Well I locked the vehicle and dropped keys but didnâ€™t put the mileage so I was forced to call in am where they told me I didnâ€™t fully fill the tank. I filled the tank at a mobile but charged 12 because it was at the right marking. A simple gesture of anything would have made me happy as a client. But this service is not good
Drop off guys are very friendly
I thought that the after hours check out was a bit cumbersome (using a cell phone to create an account, take photos, etc). It used to be so easy, just dropping the key with a copy of your contract. Even with that, a great experience as always using U-Haul!
The Personnel at this location are all excellent! First class treatment and service every time.
This facility was woefully understaffed. Even though I had weeks earlier had my hitch and truck pre inspected by and at this facility it took over an hour to get the trailer I rented. Both the office and yard had too few employees for an end of the month Friday.
