Staff is very rude, not helpful to customers. After completing self check out, I still had to return to the location during my very limited lunch break to complete the process. Mgr extremely rude and unprofessional, I see where the other staff gets it from. Obsessed staff on the home rolling their eyes. I would never use this location

Absolutely NOTHING. These guys, all of them, were amazing. The place was swarmed with customers as it was just before 'Hurrican Irma' and they were calm, efficient, great customer service, they didn't panic. They were kind and unbelievably couteous. All of them. Incredible.

I am a frequent renter at U-Haul. So much so that I know the manager by face and name. I always reserve online. Once I get to the store, I'm always asked the same questions that I FILLED OUT ONLINE and this time a new question about my tag number on my truck. (Not asked on online form, so your employee had to stop, walk to the lot, find my truck, and remember the tag number. Then she FORGOT it! So, made one up. This is silly.). I am a trusted renter, same credit card on file same address, same drivers License, etc. etc. I simply do not understand why, as a at least 20 time "no problem" customer I have to hear to "load heavy stuff up front", and "wear your seatbelt" and "we need a second tel number". it gets old! You guys KNOW WHO I AM! How about a speed pass PREFERRED RENTER program with faster (please,please, please faster) rental and return?

From a retail standpoint the customer service area is terrible. the impulse racks block the customers from view making it difficult for the people working there to great customers. They had a new hire doing training and he was just sitting there at the first desk looking at us and it was awkward because even if he wanted to he couldn't help us. It was a busy weekend and the line was long to pick up so even with an appointment it took over 30 minutes just to get the paperwork done.

Just speak the thru don't hide charges and screw customers. For a 50 miles one way trip $148.48 is absurd this is my last time using or recommending U-haul. Good look cause you needed to stay in business I hope to see you finished in renting and scamming people.
