Suzan J.I have no complaints about my pick up location (Jeff Key Motors) and my drop off location (Secondhand Sam's). However, this was my first time renting from Uhaul and will be my last. This experience has been terrible. When I first scheduled the truck rental, I chose a different location in Anniston. I was later told that location didn't have the truck I needed so my pick up location was changed to Carter's Hardware in Munford, AL, which was out of the way for me. Uhaul said they would cover the mileage on the truck, however I was still out my personal gas money. When I arrived at Carter's Hardware, (on time), I was told the truck was not there. The man that worked at the store said the truck was there the day before but uhaul rented it out that evening. He said the truck was supposed to be returned that night prior but it wasn't. I had to call Uhaul and was directed to Jeff Key Motors to pick up a truck. Uhaul told me they didn't have a 15 ft available so I would have to get a 26ft but they would give it to me for the same price as the 15ft. I did not need or want a 26ft truck as that was entirely too big. Overall, I was out my own personal gas money for wasting my time and gas going out of my way to Carters Hardware only to have to go back to a different location. Also, because the truck I was given was larger, I was out alot more money on gas. I am supposed to be receiving a $50 refund for my trouble, however, $50 does not even begin to cover the cost of what money I lost with gas due to Uhauls error. I won't be using Uhaul again.

JEFFREY K.I paid cash yet they ran my card also. So they was paid twice. When I told them what happen they said it would take up to 0 days to go back on my card. This was a debit card so it took it out of my account going on 3 days now. Plain WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rob R.I was charged $100 for a UHUAL I did not rent because it was unavailable at the time of my reservation. It has been 3 days now and the district manager has yet to call me and my account has been overdrafted. I was also wrongfully charged around $65 dollars for the UHAUL I was finally able to rent and only went 7 miles on. This is unbelievable. I am looking forward to a refund and the $50 guaranteed for the reserved uhaul not being available when booked. Hopefully I will have the refunds before my rent is due tomorrow. I am a college student and can not believe this has happened for a simple $19 UHAUL that I needed for 2 hours.

Karima L..Although I was told I would be given an extra day free of charge, it was not annotated on my paperwork and the drop off place charged me the extra days rental. I contacted U-Haul to dispute, who informed me they had reached out to Jeff Key Motors to verify the extra free day, with no response. So, I wasn't too happy with that. Make sure everything is annotated on your contract

Jeanetta Y.We got a great price here. It was suggested to us to return the truck to a location approximately 30 miles away from our end location to get a discount. We wanted the truck early and the manager/ owner opened early to accomodate us. He was awesome and helpful. Our truck was pratically new, with less than 8,000 miles on the clock. A great U-Haul location!
Rita A.As iam new to this UHaul system and never pulled a dolly before, I was nervous about dropping off as I had no backing experience, i read where it advised not to do any backing , so as i arrived at the drop off it was hard to tell where to drop, then i noticed an employee who let me know where to drop, and knowing me i pulled up to far knowing I couldnt back up , the owner was there already assisting by taking off the dolly, he asked if I needed anything else or if he could help to let him know, I took my pictures and left, that was the easiest rental ever. I want to thank everyone for making my 1700 miles back home after 5mts a little more pleasant . Thank You Deborah Hendrix
