DARLINE BAgent did offer to assist uncouplling, but was not necessary. He did not inspect for damage or cleanliness. Told me he would do it later. Dropped it and left.

derrek sVehicles exterior had numerous dents, scratches, check engine light on, etc. Vehicles interior also had dents, dings and was dirty on ceiling. Time for this vehicle to get a rehab. Jericho Outdoors is a great place and great customer service.

Matthew BIt had retail around the area for the key drop box making it difficult to get to. There was not enough room to park the 26' truck in a good spot.

Joshua MWhen someone books a reservation two to three weeks in advance make sure what the person books and reserves is there and do not cancel it and move it to a different time and date. And let the people know it is not happening... Oh and make sure that a uhaul rep calls to confirm like promised! Both times we recieved zero calls!

Joshua GThe trailer that I rented drew my battery down to 10%. After having my battery and charging system checked out, and the are good, it was determined to be the trailer. Hopefully you can find the problem and get it fixed, luckily I had my jump pack with me that day.
KENNETH CRequested a local pickup. I received a location one hour away. Because of UHaul's inability to secure a transport close to my address, I have to rate the overall experience a "C". Otherwise, it would be an "A"
Brian MNight time drop off, so couldn't see how clean and inviting the place was. Staff was friendly and responsive when I called to ask how to handle the night time drop off.

Rafael CI was stuck 300mi from home with a broken down motorcycle on a Sunday. After an hour on the phone trying to locate a truck I got connected to a central dispatch for U-Haul. Trish & Ann were great !! I'm not a cell phone or computer geek but they worked it through for me. After about a half hour with them I had my truck !! Thanks so much for your on line - cell phone rental system.

Dean PWhy wasn't I asked to rate my experience from a week earlier. That one was disastrous. On July 13th I had to pick up the trailer an hour away in Littleton. The equipment was broken. Rear door stuck open. I wasted a day and a tank of gas. Couldn't reach a human being on the phone, seriously unnerving. Then no contact from U-Haul afterwards. I would return to the Jericho Outdoors location again. They were very helpful.
