robert mThe u-haul van we ordered to be ready at 6am two weeks before our move was not ready. The app to get the code to unlock the key for the van would not work. We had to wait an hour to get customer service on the phone and then another hour before we could find someone who could help. it was extremely stressful no reason.

jonathan dMoving truck battery died and it wasted time the moving crew would've used to help unload the truck at the second location. Had to unload a 20 foot truck without assistance because of it. Roadside assistance worker said it wasn't the first time it happened with that truck. Total disappointment and waste of money. Do not use this place

CHRIS SI misplaced the key for the truck. I called U Haul and they said a LockSmith would be out to make a new key. The operator said it was $200 cost. The LockSmith came out and made a new key, it was $425. I was held captive...that was more than we spent on the rental! I would like a rebate! Barbara Millar

STEPHEN KI went there to pick up my U Haul and there were no accommodations for me to leave my car. The vendor never told me and was rude when I seemed surprised at that.

Raymond VMy reservation has my drop off at a different location. An employee from this store did call me and spoke to me rather rudely, asking “is there a reason you didn’t drop off the truck here? someone is waiting for it.” My reservation told me to drop it off at 224 Hawthorne! And that was nearest to me!

Peter MBogus extra charges: extra day charge with no extra day. After hours service charge with no after hours service. Cleaning fee when given back as clean as when picked up. No call to confirm extra charges. Nowhere to park.
