I was pleasantly surprised at the ease with which I was able to move my belongings from Florida to Ohio. I was especially excited to participate in a rideshare program and save some money while helping someone else get their belongings North thank you for the attention and excellent work.

I just wanted to say, the two ladies working the jimmy vickers trailer rentals in merrit island, are OUTSTANDING. I have rented from there 5 or 6 times and will continue to because of the outstanding work from them up front! Very pleased, Highly reccomend!!

Vehicle was clean and ready for use. Excellent customer service. Just curious if at pick up the vehicle has 3/4 or full tank? Not a big issue but would eliminate a second trip to gas station. Regardless, I'll be renting from this location again and again.

No one with any knowledge of anything. Good thing I had a mechanic with me. Very worried about getting off work , we work six days a week and we wanna get out of here. Well I’m a widow and work 6 and 7 in a piece of heavy machinery. Must be nice to not do much , Your job is a breeze. They need to have knowledge of equipment there renting .

Not happy at all. I returned the truck above the 3/4 line. Was just maybe hitting the line when I picked up. But you still charged me after I fueled up as requested. Not good at all.

For some reason my lock code for picking up was two different numbers. Meaning the first one I entered failed over and over and over and over while in the dark on a cell phone. Only to see a slightly different code in a lower box on the screen which worked. Paired with all the delays of your license scanning tool being EXTREMELY lagged, and the photo verification being lagged, I very nearly had to cancel my truck. I scheduled for a 9:30 pickup knowing where I was picking up had a 10 pm locking gate. I arrived around 9:15 for this truck and very nearly missed that deadline due to lag and excessive questions. Like asking for a contact reference late at night, which was pointless delay. You had my ID, my face, and the fact that I have rented not even six months ago from the same location on the same ID but for some reason are wanting to call my employer after hours. I feel like this shifted an excess of work in this process to me and put more strain on the time I had to load and unload the truck UNNECESSARILY. I ran myself into the ground just to get the truck back an hour early. You need to streamline the process and eliminate the bloatware on your end. I was literally calling customer service over how long the ID scanner was taking to load and was surprised it even did, because that customer service call was to cancel everything, and low end behold your customer service was so automated I couldn't actually reach anyone to a do a thing.
