Initially booked from your site a 20' truck but when agent called to confirm this truck was not available but they had a 10' thatwas always on the lot. So I went ahead and booked it. I called the confirm the monday before we needed and was told that the person who rented the 10' truck still needed it but they could look around for me to find something else. When I asked what happens if they couldn't the girl could not answer. after a couple of days of not knowing if we actually had a truck or not were offered a 20'. I asked the girl if the rate would be the same and she said no, then I argued the point that it was their mistake that the truck I was confirmed was not available. She afterwards confirmed that the 19.95 would apply to the 20' truck. My daughter paid everything at pick up and an hour after we dropped the vehicle off, we were charged for fuel of $35.51..you would think that after all this messing around, they would have just provided good customer service and not charge the fuel. Had I not called to follow up on the rental, would we have just shown up to no truck? No one called to advise that the person who rented the truck had decided to keep it. I was under the assumption that once a reservation is made, it's up to the dealer to ensure the vehicle i sthere - not just say oh well... poor customer service and I will make sure to share this experience.

The only issue I had is with the billing. I asked for one days rental and the computer billed me a lot more but they said when I return it, the bill will be adjusted accordingly. So we will see.

I did book it from north bay to timmins but the representative put it timmins drop off instead of north bay and it cost me more. While dropping off it was so frustrating. I need to call customer care and pay more. Overall truck was good but the people who was in timmins made me suffer.
