Was hard to get pictures from all sides due to water flowing(from rain) around where the truck had to be parked and close proximity to busy roadway. We had to stand on the busy roadway to get pictures of that side of the truck. Parking lot very full in the area outside of the locked gates so we had limited options for parking.

Mike CI got charged an extra day for being 15 minutes past the time I guess I was supposed to have returned the truck. The truck, by the way, was not clean on both the inside the cab and the cargo area. No dirt, but stuff splattered on the walls of the interior but the same can't be said about the inside of the cab. The truck has over 136K miles so I guess one can't expect more than what I got. Really upset and disappointed that I got charged for another day while being only 15 minutes past the time I guess I should have been there. Incredible......
THOMAS CYou need to carry s.all pick up trucks, vans or even 10 ft. Trucks at this location.. ii hate renting a 15ft truck to move one item

RAYMOND SI was charged $16 for 3 gallons of fuel despite returning the rental with MORE GAS than it had when I picked it up. This is the sort of unacceptable practice that causes me to view U-Haul as an unethical company that I should avoid doing business with. If I hadn't reviewed the receipt, I would never have known about the $16 U-Haul took from my family.
