The app check-in process is painful and difficult. My truck did not have the appliance dolly inside the truck and they were not open to correct the situation. I got a much bigger truck than I needed and it was not helpful with the snow and ice. Overall, it was not a good experience.Mark H.

The hooks on the safety and brake chains need to be more open to enable hooking onto a 1/2â€ bar.Conrad G.
Old strip club. Like that it is close to home. Not sure why I drove by it on the way to pick up a dolly when there were two at this location, make it three after I dropped the one I used off. Need better asset tracking and put the customer in contact with units that are close byDaniel J.
Despite COVID protocols the agent was able to get me checked in and provide access to the tow dolly on a day when the store was not open. I couldn't ask for better and more intelligently applied service.Rich J.
This agent was good. Your corporate and dealer to dealer communications are terrible. I went too Prepper Joes here in Hayward first. He reserved a trailer for me for four days ahead indicating one in his lot. The day of pick up I got a call from the Trego dealer (by accident because she only calls to tell people the gps location is off) telling me I needed to pick it up there. That's over 20 miles farther away than Prepper Joes. He could have called or you could have emailed me much earlier about the changed pick up point. It's almost a 40 mile round trip and made me late for my drop off appointment for the trailer's contents. I will look much harder for a competitor next time I rent a trailer.Rich J.
Was very unhappy that we were charged for fuel ( when we returned with the proper amount ) and a cleaning fee for what i'm not sure as there was no explanation nor a response to my email inquiring about it.Elaine Z.

I ordered a ramp trailer and a truck, from Prepper Joe's in Hayward, WI. We had a lot of loading to do from 2 different storage units plus some other errands to do while up in Hayward. Found out the day before we drove 600 miles that I was getting the truck from Jordan's and the trailer from Prepper Joe's. On top of that we had over 20 miles difference between the 2 places. We tried 3 times to call customer service for help, and had long wait times. Jordan's was closed so pretty much on our own until we were able to get a hold of customer service. It took us almost an hour to finally get the truck, then had to drive back to Hayward to get the trailer. So not happy with the extra running around on an already tight schedule. Truck doors did not seem to close tight so kept locked as I had my granddaughter in the front seat. I reported at drop off.Sandra H.

Our only issue was trying to do the remote check-in...couldn't switch drivers on the fly and couldn't complete the process remotely. We did get everything straightened out at the Duluth, MN site.Jonna M.

This comment has nothing to do with the uhaul place I went too. It has to do with the 1-800 number. First of all we have done business with you guys for awhile. And this is the third time that this has happened my husband called in made a reservation for 8 this morning. When he asked where the location was, the customer service person said I don't know I don't live out in Hayward. But the worse part of it all is when I went to put up the car trailer. You did not have my husband's information not even a reservation.I think it is only right that you give us a credit on our car. It took over an hour to get everything straightened out. And it was your fault not the place where we picked the trailer up. Please take care of this as soon as possible. And the last time we rented from you we picked up at Pepper Joe's and you had the wrong trailer. You never done that properly but made sure you got your money.
