alexis dThe renting experience was fine. Convenient location, close to home. The transaction/experience was fine. The problem I had was that the van was not clean. When I go in the vehicle, there was a funny, fishy smell. I didn't open the back of the van until I got to where I needed to load it. When I opened the door, there was some sort of liquid or substance all over the rubber flooring. It was also extremely slippery. My cargo was primarily cardboard boxes which had to be placed on this liquid which made the boxes soggy and smelly. Additionally, because I had to get in and out of the van, I had to walk on the substance which then got on the soles of my shoes and made for a very dangerous experience; carrying boxes in and out of a van with very slippery shoes. When I returned the vehicle and informed the people that rented me the vehicle, they looked and agreed it was a very bad situation. However they did not offer to discount or comp my rental. They just told me "sorry". This is pretty bad customer service and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I would appreciate at minimum, a response.

Laura RThe attendant was at the front desk wearing AirPods, having a full conversation on the phone. After I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting for her to tell me the steps to get my rental (she was on the phone having a private conversation in another language.) she says the internet froze up and she had to restart. I couldn’t ask any questions or get proper help because she was on the phone the entire time. I would never rent a uhaul from this location.

Jonathan MEmployee behind counter very rude. Refused to take in a 26 foot truck. Even though I was told to drop off truck by Uhaul he refused. Finally gave up and said fine I will bring truck to Boyton Beach Uhaul. Spent to put more gas in truck because I now need to drive 20 miles the truck would not go into gear. Went back inside to let him know truck is going no where not happy So when I get my final receipt the son of a b charged me 25.00 for 2 unfolded blankets. Do not use this location to rent or return a Uhaul truck.

Joseph GYou did not give me an opportunity to add a driver, so I had to do it myself. You did not disclose that I could add a driver and the person at the office was not aware of this situation. I specifically asked and was given the wrong information. Taking one photo of each side of the vehicle was not sufficient to show the damage and doing this before and after the trip took a good deal of the time aloted for the rental. You overcharged for gas.
Christine PIt’s a tight little gas station so not much room for the customers. I was told I would be emailed a copy of the receipt, but never got one. I had to see the charge on my bank statement to know what the total tirned out to be… not cool! The truck was a newer one and was the best one I’ve ever had from any U-Haul outlet! It was a joy to drive it!
Kurt PThe problem was i made a reservation 3 weeks in advance and the truck was available at the location in boynton beach but when the day came for me to pick it up it wasn’t available.They send me to a different location that confirmed they had a truck and when i arrived it wasn’t AGAIN! I had to call so they can send me to a THIRD location that was the farthest from my apartment, i was a nightmare i lost money, and time. Also nobody has the descendancy to apologize for their mistake. Awful experience and not even a discount was offer this is by far the worse customer service i encounter.

John AI did my reservation for fast pick up, the van wasn’t available, three other vans were on site but the answer was: make another reservation. I had to wait 45 minutes and I wasn’t allowed to wait inside. Only one person to take care of the place, if other customer arrives, the person stop dealing with you to take care of the new customer. Three times that I had the same problems at this location

YOSHUA CFirst, I filled up the gas completely - I still got charged for that?? Also - I tracked my trip...I drove about 50 miles - I got charged $58?? (0.69/Mile) HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE???

Samuel GSeemed to be way overcharged. 10ft box truck rental in town, 19 miles driven, approximately 2.5 hours and returned with way more fuel then it had when I got it. 3/8 tank -> 1/2 tank. It was $80.00
Timothy KHorrible experience. No gas update pick up and then charged a $30 fill up fee and $30 for gas when returned. (Filled to less than 1/4 tank as we picked it up). Had to fight to get the $60 back. No response from area supervisor. Never again!

Tracy STHE WORST UHAUL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! I made the reservation online and showed up at the location for which they said the trucks were claimed under other people even though I reserved the truck for an entire day. They were rude and not even somewhat friendly. I then called uhaul to see what other locations had trucks available and they sent me back to this location. Weird how that truck became available 30 minutes after I left. Then to top off the god awful experience, they charged me for gas when I literally filled it up at their gas station and pulled straight forward into a parking spot. Horrible customer service and not the least bit of a good business. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION.

ERICK PNo receipt was given at drop off. I returned it on time but the clerk put it in the system hours later. I was charged for an additional day. I called and the person was not helpful. Very disappointed that corporate was unhelpful too.
Michelle NThe truck was promised for a specific time, it wasn't available for over a half hour later, then further delayed by a number of check in process that send to go slowly. Staff was pleasant and friendly which made the system glitch a but more tolerable.

GLADYSJ PToo many other gas station/convenience store customers so it took a long time to get the truck. Also, my rental included some other customer mileage, 300+ miles,. This was quickly corrected by the drop-off staff.
Robert Hon line reservation system is a disaster. i had a confirmed reservation on my phone. yet the agant had no record.
