It would be good if your various locations were updated electronically. We were told a vehicle was available, made plans and went to pick it up only to find out there was nothing available.

kelly wAdam was super helpful with getting us a nice 15’ truck rental. Very easy process when picking up and all additional add on items were clean and in the truck already. The truck has been cleaned and serviced so no issues driving it hundreds of miles! I highly recommend this location for UHaul rentals.
Daniel CThe app pickup process wouldn't save/upload any of the pictures I took making it confusing if I was good to take the uhaul. Adding authorized drivers was not easy either. The rest of the experience was great! Would definitely rent from this location again.

cal sThe gentleman that helped was great ~ many thanks. One comment on the truck itself ~ picking up a truck with 37 miles of gas left in the tank was a disappointment and inconvenience. I was on a timeline for a one-way move that day, and having to go fill the gas tank before I could proceed with the moving day was just another thing to have to do before I could get to work. Don't leave customers with hardly any gas in the tank when they are renting, especially for an out of town move ~ not the way to do things.
DAVID HNot lie to the customer for starters! I got over charged and lied to. I will never use U-Haul again nor will I tell people to use U-Haul! You’ve cost me $1,000’s of dollars because of poor service during a break down and then charged me more because of it!!!!
chris mThe person at the counter was helping another customer when I first walked in and I was happy to wait, but the staff member asked if I was dropping off a Uhaul, I said I was and they gestured for the keys and told me they'd get me checked in and text me later. Hours later I get a text asking me to complete drop-off and it's clear it still had not been checked in at the site. I will make sure to never pick up or drop off at another location that is not a DEDICATED UHAUL location.

JACOB NEmployee was in the lot and just told me he would check me in and I could just leave it. It didn’t get checked in until the next morning so UHaul called later that night wanting to know where my equipment was. Extra stress that could have been avoided.
Heather SDid not give assistance for drop off location. Only stated to call 1800Gouhaul. Ended up finding a much closer place after a number of phone calls to U-haul dealers.

Ethan Honline application was frustrating. called 800 number for reservation and loaded all info name payment etc. When I got to pick-up dealer I had to do it all over again, none of the reservation info was available or loaded! waste of time, not to mention the 6 txt msgs about downloading an ap and 3 rd party deals included.

ANDREW SOH MY GOD.. COULD I JUST LOSE MY MIND. Your "easy to use and convienient app that only takes 15 minutes" to do, Crashed FOUR times during my rental! Every single time making me start over taking new pictures and everything.. IT WAS 37 FUCKING DEGREES AND I STOOD OUTSIDE WALKING CIRCLES AROUND YOUR EQUIPTMENT FOR AN HOUR. ONLY after the FOURTH time, while I finally getting ahold of someone at your call center was I told that I couldn't share my experience they are there only to troubleshoot obviously frequent issues like mine.. The trucks were too close togeather to take your scare tactic photos, there were ZERO lights when I spent another 30 minutes in the cold attempting to take pictures during drop off. THIS IS YOUR PROCESS? Start over. I will MOST LIKELY and happily pay WAY more for a different companies services in the future. The funny part is I currently am in need of upcoming truck rentals that I am now dreading. I WILL GLADLY PAY MORE!!! Oh my Godess I am so fucking upset. I don't know if anything you do could make me less upset. I spent an hour and a half one of the most chaotic days of my life dealing with your bullshit, after hours in a cold dark industrial complex parking lot... I expect a partial refund or a SUBSTANCIAL discount on a future rental. On a personal note, I am well spoken and level headed local business owner and am actually quite ashamed of my own review, however I do not know how else to make you feel my frustration. If someone came to me and told me my business ran like this I would burn the whole rental system down and start over.. Consider it at great length!

GAREY GI rented the vehicle for one day picked it up at 9 am and dropped it off 4:20 pm. Per our conversation he asked how many miles. I informed them that a may have to travel 80 miles back in forth to deliver a washing machine. I did not have to do it. I only drove less than two miles because I only moved six houses down the street back and forth. I pay an estimated mile charge of 95.20 and have not received a refund. Can you please look into this. Thank you
