None of my equipment was in the truck and the representative I talked to on the phone wasn’t very helpful. I had to drive to another uhaul location to get equipment. Luckily, those staff members were extremely nice and helpful. Also, way too many steps on the phone to get the truck. You should be able to do some of that stuff before.
