Staff the office so customers get their vehicle ON TIME!

Drop location was wrong in the system. Person at Drop off location saw me returning the trailer at 5Pm, closed and locked the door and did not answer when I knocked at 5:05, and never checked the trailer the next day so I was charged 2 additional days.
