The first until had a puddle of water so we chose another unit. And the second unit was not swept clean. It had a thick layer of dirt covering the floor. This is not ideal for storing your belongings! We had this unit for about 8 months, and during that time the dirt got all over everything in there. Rodents also got into the unit and tracked the dirt everywhere, along with their feces. It was not a good experience at all!
