It was really bad. He couldn't find conf. number. Couldn't get credit card to work. And was an hour late getting to destination. Because didn't get the truck on time. It was terrible. Wouldn't recommend that location to anyone. And he has a really bad language berier.Sandy C.

The floor of the trailer was extremely dirty. I was charged $20.00 for 6 moving pads and a dolly that I did not ask for, and the items were not even in the trailer.Jackson W.

I was charged for insurance I did not ask for or want. I was charged for a dolly and furniture pads that I was never given or that I even needed. I called the number on the paperwork and nobody ever answered. I emailed them and they never responded. Very disappointed!!mark Q.
DONT OVERCHARGE FOR THINGS THAT ARE UHAULS PROBLEMS. I WAS SEVERELY OVERCHARGED I RETURNT THE UHAUL ON SUNDAY AND BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE DATA I WAS CHARGED TILL WEDNESDAY MORNING WHEN THE PLACE OPENED UP, IM NOT SURE WHY THEY DIDNT TURN IT IN MONDAY MORNING AND YALL WONT ANSWER MY EMAILS SO MAYBE FIX THE RETURN STUFF AND START READING AND REPLYING TO THEM THAT WOULD BE GREAT.Dustin C.
When I got there at my appointed time it was closed. The responsible person was a city over. Was late. Stayed on phone for 30 more mins trying to get someone to come help me. Upon arrival the next gentlemen was nice. Said hewassorry for what happened and the corporate office gave me $25.00 off my rental.Inell C.

Location was unattended during normal business hours. Because of the very reasonable cost of refueling this turned out not to be a problem - we intended to refuel but dropped the key before we remembered to do so. It was also hard to recognize from the street - we bypassed it twice.Randell H.

Be sure to have what is stated on the website, make sure you charge the customer correctly and advise the location not to give out a TRUCK with less than a quarter tank of gas, prompting a customer to get gas before actually gout anywhere and don't ask a customer to speed up the process or rush in because they have to pick up their child.. You are running a BUSINESS and arrangements should've even made prior when you have a confirmed pick up reservation at your locationKim D.

Took too long to rent truck. All paperwork was incorrect. The mileage was wrong, the fuel was incorrect, and I got the wrong equipment. I would not recommend this location.Heather L.

I have rented numerous trailers but this is the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul, trying to get a trailer and being lied to. Reserved a uhaul trailer for pickup in Florence SC. No contact from uhaul. Arrived in Florence no Uhaul. Told me there was one in Lake City, SC. Went there 1 and 1/2 hours out of my way and there was no trailer there. Went back to Florence and was told there was one in Mullins SC. Also was told I would recievea $50.00 VIP in Florence to use on the rental in Mullins, SC. Did not recieve the $50.00. I was from 8 a. m.to 11 A.M. trying to get a trailer.Brett D.
