Handle my dispute with care please. I already spoke and have remarked your issue with: Ants in the truck, The AC not working properly, and overcharging gas different than what was told to me by attendees.

Jake GThe U-Haul transfer/ customer service staff were not helpful and were trying to force me to turn in the rental to a location far from my home when I called them, They told me there was no room at the drop off location I requested but that was not true. When I told them I was not able to drop off at the location they were trying to force me to go, they were dismissive of my challenges. I did not get the U-Haul transit or transfer staff members name but the message I received was from a Gabby and the person I spoke with identified herself as Gabby’s co-worker. The “keep it safe” staff was great and she told me they had plenty of space for the vehicle. The U-Haul transit staff seemed very unhelpful.

Laurynn BOn arrival I come to find out there is no place to park my car! It was recommended to me to park a half a mile away and walk.. That’s ridiculous! .. The representatives they were fine, they’re in an impossible position. I would never recommend this location to anybody.

Christy HThe pricing was too expensive for the round trip I needed, my total came up to $206.00. Just for going to Lancaster to pick up a refrigerator and taking it home to Santa Clarita., that’s ridiculous pricing.
Dana HService was great. The truck was a little dated and worn but ok for a local move. I wouldn’t want to be going cross-country in it, though.
BRENT WTruck was ancient, loud, rattled. Very hard to start, had to try multiple times each time to get the engine to turn over. Battery eventually just died. UHaul had to send a guy out to fix the truck (which they did very quickly so I can’t fault that). Truck had a crack in the windshield and a cracked rear light when we got it. The actual location staff were very helpful and friendly. I booked to pick up at 8.30am and was told online that I could pick up via mobile app. The location called me the day before to confirm and said the earliest I could come was 9.30 and they don’t do mobile pick up. Extending my rental was very easy. So overall a mixed experience but it got the job done.

LAURIE GThe people at the counter were friendly and helpful but the truck dash, windshield, and floor was disgustingly dirty. The truck also jerked back and forth like the transmission couldn't decide what gear to choose.
BRADLEY BCreate more customer parking somehow. They do not let you park your car on the premises and any parking is 4 blocks in either direction. One direction is a bad neighborhood. So don't do this unless you: can get dropped off and picked up by someone or : add to your rental price with an Uber there and back.
DAVID TCar maintenance needed. It was hot day 98F, the AC would not work while driving, just moderate winds blowing. Looks like fuel pump nearly shot as I had trouble in starting the truck.

JOSE UBrakes were a little spongey. The lights on the truck stayed on sometimes after turning the engineoff. but not always.
MARK MThe truck I rented had check engine light on Tire pressure light on. But it took me where I had to go. The person at the counter was excellent and very kind. I would recommend this location. I just wished there was parking for customers who are renting a truck.

PATRICIA VU-Haul changed my truck size and location pick incorrect. Location could not find the rental agreement.
