Dana HService was great. The truck was a little dated and worn but ok for a local move. I wouldn’t want to be going cross-country in it, though.
BRENT WTruck was ancient, loud, rattled. Very hard to start, had to try multiple times each time to get the engine to turn over. Battery eventually just died. UHaul had to send a guy out to fix the truck (which they did very quickly so I can’t fault that). Truck had a crack in the windshield and a cracked rear light when we got it. The actual location staff were very helpful and friendly. I booked to pick up at 8.30am and was told online that I could pick up via mobile app. The location called me the day before to confirm and said the earliest I could come was 9.30 and they don’t do mobile pick up. Extending my rental was very easy. So overall a mixed experience but it got the job done.

LAURIE GThe people at the counter were friendly and helpful but the truck dash, windshield, and floor was disgustingly dirty. The truck also jerked back and forth like the transmission couldn't decide what gear to choose.
BRADLEY BCreate more customer parking somehow. They do not let you park your car on the premises and any parking is 4 blocks in either direction. One direction is a bad neighborhood. So don't do this unless you: can get dropped off and picked up by someone or : add to your rental price with an Uber there and back.
DAVID TCar maintenance needed. It was hot day 98F, the AC would not work while driving, just moderate winds blowing. Looks like fuel pump nearly shot as I had trouble in starting the truck.

JOSE UBrakes were a little spongey. The lights on the truck stayed on sometimes after turning the engineoff. but not always.
MARK MThe truck I rented had check engine light on Tire pressure light on. But it took me where I had to go. The person at the counter was excellent and very kind. I would recommend this location. I just wished there was parking for customers who are renting a truck.

JERROLD CMy only disappointment was that I made my reservation in the city of Castaic California. Couple days later they I received a phone call changing the location it wasn’t that many more miles to where they’re at I live in the city of Castaic and Storage was in the city of Castaic so now to go to a different little town Put me a out of my way.

VIVIANA NThe location was great the customer stuff also. However, the vehicle was unsafe to drive. It had some mechanical issue and technical issue. The noise isolation was missing from the vehicle making uncomfortable drive also going above 55 around 62 65 mph. The vehicle starts violently shake and controlling makes it very hard. Not that the vehicle not to be considered as a luxury comfortable vehicle but even without luxury and comfort the vehicle should be safe to drive it and operate it.
NAREK IAlex, Michael and Jazmin were the best who has a cleaned office, cleaned trucks, and offered great deals on Storage. I was going to go somewhere else, but they offered me a better rate here @ KISS clean units it was a great experience, thank you KISS for making my move easy
