Disinfectant spray was all over the inside of front windshield , with this thick film it made it hard to see out. Asked representative if he had something to clean it, then brought him outstrip show. He only had paper towel. Used that and windshield wiper fluid to clean up.

1). Rental van was not wiped down inside at all. Spills and cigarette ashes in cup holders on the dashboard. (UNSAFE) 2). Tire pressures were at UNSAFE levels. Front tires were both 16 lbs too low. Rear tires were 20 and 33 lbs. Too low !!!!! 3). The location does not have an air compressor nor facilities to wipe down the interior. Had to go home and get my own wipes and air compressor to make the rental safe. This review is also posted on Google.

I was disappointed to be charged additional milage considering Uhaul changed my pick up location to a place further from my destination. I should not have been charged at all.

You need a little more maintenance opportunities on the vehicle. It had a low tire pressure light on. Altogether though the vehicle was good enough and the customer service was impeccable!!

I hope someone in charge read this : I went to return the van at 3:30PM. Found a note that said (took Picture) Will Return @ 5:45PM. I stayed until 4:20 PM waiting. Had to return home to take care of children. Returned by 6:00 PM to return Keys. Your store was unattended for more than 4hrs. You are losing business, and I as a client, had to scrambled my precious time and other responsibilities.

parking is limited and very tight with trucks/vans for customers to easily park to pick up the rentals

The location does not have after hour drop off available. I had to come back the next day to return the uhaul.

Nothing this location can do, but I would love an ability during the reservation process to "pre-pay" tolls or or something along the lines of an "optional service" (similar to the damage protection option) to waive/cover them. I live on the wrong side of the Tappan Zee bridge to this location, and now have to wait for a bill to eventually get to me from U-Haul. Again, nothing this location can do about it, the person who issued my rental at this location was cordial, and SUPER helpful. Thank you.

Dealing with an 800 number was confusing and I received conflicting information, but it worked out in the end and I was satisfied!

I asked to pick up much closer to my address. This location was 45 minutes away and the main route from the location to my house is via a road that trucks are not allowed on; forcing me to drive through neighborhoods and secondary roads to get back to my home. The truck engine also needs a look.

It would be nice to have some navigation application for commercial vehicle, or some sort of maps that help driver to find his way, google maps or ways don't have commercial plate options so you kind of on your own

Never told about insurance over the phone as I was booking. I asked thorough questions and was blindsided at the time of pickup. Unfortunately I did not have my insurance card with me and was forced to purchase Uhaul's insurance for $14. Disingenuous.

Dashboard indicated that the Ford van was 1) overdue for an oil change, 2) tire pressure sensor was lit, and right rear tire was clearly low. When I complained upon returning the vehicle, instead of apologizing and being gracious, the guy gave me an absolute shit attitude and said "did any of this affect your ability to do what you need to do?" And I said yes it cost me anxiety and probably affected my gas mileage. Total douche bag.

Not the location's fault but being as uhaul changed pick up location on me last minute, (it's apparently preferred location, not guaranteed, only equipment is guaranteed. Ok fine but 2 days before pick up is very last minute for a move. This location was farther and required tolls. So at least they gave me a discount, cool right? Well it was not reflected at time of pick up and staff couldn't fix it for me so I was charged the full, original amount. Told us to call main uhaul number to take it up with them. Ridiculous and infuriating way to do business. I will be calling uhaul shortly about this.

Customer service number takes doesn't list U-Haul truck rentals as an option, just storage service. I was able to leave a message, with the other counter, but it was a bit confusing. Stanley was pleasant and professional. I would definitely rent from here again.

Make sure the truck is clean when we got the truck there was dirt tree branches dirt and gravel all over the inside of the truck and the ramp was covered when we pulled it out it was cover in dirt took us 45 minutes to clean it out if I had to guess someone used the truck for landscaping I had new furniture and had to clean out the truck so it didn't get ruined
