Fast and convenient. The gentleman helping me let me know the truck I was renting was not going to be compatible for my needs which saved me time and money. I needed a ramp to move appliances and he let me know the truck I was renting didn’t have one and switched the rental for me..

Great service
Alexandria WI understand that additional equipment rental (is, utility dolly, moving pads, etc) are 1st come, when booking your truck online. However before charging the card for it at pickup, I suggest you make sure you have the equipment available. I was checked out and sent out to truck and had to go back inside due to no dolly on truck after in store didn't have any. I was told that my refund was entered into contract by the manager on duty. However at drop off and questioning why they checked in return dolly (from a online drop off after hours) , they looked at contract and stated that no notes were made that pickup store issued a refund when i called the next morning. No one wants to be accountable it seems. So now I'm out $12 rental of equipment i never received.
Patricia BCheck in was super easy, gentleman behind the counter showed me the location of the truck. Return was just as simple. Walked the truck with another staffer and confirmed "all good" on the spot. Loved the fact that they were open till 2pm on Sunday so I didn't have to blind drop the truck....

TRINETTA BWell when I arrived the vehicle I reserved was not there it was rented out. I was upset because I made my reservation then I called to change the pick up time. They called me to confirm and when I arrived I was advised my van that I requested was not returned and he didn’t have another. My agent was very helpful. He was making calls to find another in the area, he offered a bigger truck for the same amount and included some miles for the inconvenience. He was nice and helpful. Also the truck didn’t have gas.

Michelle CI ordered equipment that they did not have but I wasn't informed that they didn't have it. Customer Service informed me and sent me to a different location miles away and stated I would not be charged for those miles. Went to the other location and had to wait in line for an hour to be told that they were out of the equipment and all surrounding area Uhaul locations. So I wasted almost 2 hours trying to find equipment and ended up turning the truck in late because I missed 2 hours of moving time.

NINA SI was overcharged for mileage. I reserved for 25 miles and was charged for 382 miles. I live 4 miles from the location and round trip was a total of 24 miles. I’ve submitted a complaint to management for review. I am flabbergasted at this admin error.

ANDRE BMake sure the equipment is clean before you rent to someone else and make sure maintenance is up to date. There is no good explanation for me breaking down while in the process of moving ! & then charged a gas fee when I have proof at the time of rental if fuel level .
Sasha MThe truck was very clean, but the maintenance issues include: 1) it did not have working AC - it blew warm air not cold. 2) The right side mirror fell off while driving and I had to turn around and go pick it up off the street.

Robert CI rated “yes” to cleanliness and being well maintained but there’s an issue with the truck. The truck we rented has warped rotors so when there’s any road heat in the truck, pressing the brakes causes a very significant vibration in the front end and the truck would pull to the right. I didn’t notice it until I was on the road, loaded up, since our house was nearby. This is not on the dealer, I don’t think highway testing is on the shoulders of the dealer.

KARLA BWhen you change my reserved pick up location (with a credit card BTW) to one 20 minutes away, you should automatically issue an inconvenience credit instead of me being irritated with the whole experience from that point on. To top it off when I went to put gas in the truck, there is some type of blockage/occlusion that only allowed me to fill at a trickle taking over 20 minutes to put gas in each time causing more irritation with the nozzle stopping every 2/10ths of a gallon most times.

Cheryl TTruck was in disrepair and dirty. Packing tape covered windshield chips, inside of glass was filthy and hard to see out of. Truck cargo interior had leftover rope tied on it. Rails were old and suspect. Truck delivered with <1/4 tank of gas, because, yeah, the first thing I want to do when I'm moving across the state is fill up the truck I just paid $500 for.
