Staff was very nice and helpful. Prior experiences with location have been good. Truck was parked in a wet, muddy location and drive was gravel with mud puddles. Driver side mat already had dry dirt in it as well. I was charged a cleaning fee for mud on floor. Clearly not my fault. I was not told I should take pictures of interior and link was only for exterior condition at pickup. Truck interior was not reviewed prior to my pickup or condition would have been known?Karen C.

Process was very slow. Held me up trying to get a image of my license. Which someone has tried to streamline by using the U-Haul app to complete. U-Haul website didn't work either. None of the trucks had the snow cleared off of them. Or the ice scraped. I paid for two furniture dollies, I got one. I paid for boxes and a wardrobe....they were delivered from somewhere! I received them TWO DAYS AFTER MY MOVE! Worse U-Haul experience ever. Can't say it was all Kimberjax's fault.Sandi M.

It was raining outside and I swept the moving truck out, both inside the cab and inside the trailer, but I was still charged a cleaning fee. I shouldn't have been. Not my fault that it had been raining for at least 12 hours. I did what I was supposed to do and still got charged.MELISSA A.
