The equipment was clean but looks old and may need to be replaced with modern equipment.
Heather BI needed to extend my rental several times as weather and circumstances changed, each instance was super easy, dropping off when finished was a piece of cake. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful.

Paul PEverything was pretty easy (I returned the equipment after-hours, so I did not have the opportunity to interact with any staff). I do think it would be helpful to have a light above the sign that instructs you on how to return the equipment. It was pretty difficult to find and the letters are quite small.

LUIS Cwas really amazed at the whole process and how it works nationwide....and the equipment.....very well thought out....thanks to the designers hats off to you guys :) i ran 82 miles per hour from shelbeyville il too beecher il with that little 5x8 enclosed trailor kicked ass.....was worried about the berrings heating up :) never did great equipment trust in u-haul you guys are the best sincerely Denis....... :)

THOMAS MBarcode for self serve drop off didn’t work on the Uhaul app, but staff were onsite and happily checked in the vehicle with no issues or delays. Friendly and helpful staff- much appreciated, especially since I was on a tight schedule to catch a flight home!
Timothy HThis is one of our regular pick up locations. The gentlemen is always happy to help and makes the pick up process simple. The UHaul App on the other hand is a nightmare. I log into my account and it takes me to my x-husband's account because my number was once a secondary number on his account in 2012!
