Rudest staff person ever experienced.

Perhaps set up additional check in stations with additional people the last Sunday of July, which was said to be the busiest day of the year. Many college students need to be out of their rental units the following day. The wait was pretty excessive.

The gentleman who helped me (blanking his name, but had longer gray hair) was courteous and helpful. The technology system however was very clumsy and slow. The app was not intuitive, nor did it work at all on half of my families phones. The app needs some help. Mobile return was a bit burdensome but worked well overall. Equipment worked as expected. Overall would reccomend this location, but uhaul needs to address their technology.

We had the BEST experience with Kings Auto!! The guys were super helpful and very kind. Made sure everything was ready to go. When we returned the truck, they checked to make sure everything went well. Just really kind!

Everyone was very nice. It’s a very busy location on Saturday morning. I think they could have used more help. But the employees that were there were very knowledgeable and helpful.

When I had to change my reservation date I was booked in a completerly different town and had to make multiple calls to get it rearranged to the town where we needed to pick it up. That part was stressful, but did not reflect on the actual pick up location.

The location was sent to for pickup and drop off was not even close to where I wanted or needed to drop off. If the location I selected that said on line had one, then I should of been notified. Not pushed somewhere that was almost 10 miles out of my way to pick up and drop off. They young guy I picked up from was rude, but the older gentleman I dropped off with was pretty good.

I was not told that I had to fold the blankets I rented. We didn’t use but 12/24 and we folded all but about four. I was charged $27 for not folding those blankets, which cost about $15 for a dozen to rent. I called to complain - he said it is written on the back door. No one told me I had to scan the outside of the truck for additional charges - read the fine print on the outside of the truck. I will not go back to this location ever again. I have been renting trucks for 40 years. This is the first time I was charged for something like not folding blankets - which you launder again anyway. It felt like a scam. I feel ripped off!

The UHaul personnel was very good. HOWEVER-- the movers listed on the Uhaul site which we chose were 1.5 hours late showing up!! But once they were there their moving service was excellent.

Staff is friendly and reviews all options. Equipment was in working order and performed fine. They suggested options I had not thought of (but wanted). I'd rent here again for sure if I had need.

Numbers for key lockbox are unreadable. Internet sucks so it was not faster than using a human to complete the rental. This location is conveniently located but everything else sucks

Glad someone was there on off hours to tell me where to put the trailer. If that person was not there, I would have had no idea where to park it. Visible signage would be helpful.

Excellent customer service and truck rental. We got there at the same time as four other customers. The U-Haul representative was quick and professional. The two customers in front of me both had minor issues with their rental paperwork and technology. The representative handled both with patience and professionalism. I had no problems with my rental and was impressed that the representative noticed I had requested a hand cart with a 10’ truck that didn’t have a ramp. He wanted to make sure that I was aware of that before I paid. I still wanted it that way but appreciated that he was keeping my best interests in mind. The process was very pleasant and I will be using this facility for my rentals in the future.

The guy who checked me in was awesome! Had computer issues so he checked me in on his phone. Felt bad for him. You guys need to make sure their systems work!!!!! He was very professional and took the time to make sure we were all set up and safe! I would go back there again! Forgot his name but I picked the trailer up on Wednesday 6.17 at around noon. Good Dude!

I returned the trailer rental and missed the end of day by about five minutes. The app could not load the scanner to verify that I was returning it to the correct location. That was no big deal because I knew I was at the right location because that’s where I rented it earlier that day. I know that the U-Haul app has nothing to do with this particular location. But the website did have instructions on how to document the drop off, which I did. Everything worked fine. Honestly, the sign-in and rental and check-out was way faster and easier than I expected. That put me ahead of schedule by at least 30 minutes that day — which turned out to be super important by end of day. Easy access in and out of the rental lot. Helpful staff. Overall easy 5/5.

Your App was stupid, and useless but the location was great! Skip the app and keep these people paid well and happy because they are more important and helpful!

Sales person needs to notify customer that the customer will receive a text with a link to fill out/photograph the rental vehicle as part of the pre rental process. We were not advised and by the time we saw the text our pre inspection window had closed.

Uhaul was not full when I received it. I filled it back to where it was at when I got it. Service lights on as well. Uhaul need maintenance.

I have used U-Haul all my life and I'm 72 years old and this was absolutely the worst experience ever. First off I did not check the insurance on your app to get your insurance I got extra insurance on my State Farm to cover the truck and they charged me anyway for insurance that needs to be taken off that was horrible your app is horrible. We on three businesses in fort Collins and I will tell everybody and probably put a note in our windows to not use U-Haul. They changed my location pick up where it wasn't open at 7:00 in the morning like I wanted to go to on the place I ordered to pick up at. When we got there the app would not work at all even the lady when she finally came in after we had been there for 2 hours trying to get the app to work said y'all's app is horrible and everybody was having problems with it. I'm just a very very very disappointed and I would like a refund of the insurance that you charged me for because I had already paid for extra insurance with my State Farm insurance but your app automatically put it on there I did not check to get your insurance. You need to do something about this I'm very very very mad

You changed my pick up location, which was an hour from our house. You didn't bother to tell us about the change. We found out when we went to the original pick up location and THEY told us we'd have to drive to the other location. Piss poor customer service/communication on your part, U-haul
