You changed my pick up location, which was an hour from our house. You didn't bother to tell us about the change. We found out when we went to the original pick up location and THEY told us we'd have to drive to the other location. Piss poor customer service/communication on your part, U-haul

Timothy HWe only need the truck an extra couple of days through the weekend. We had called and tried to speak with a gentleman there and instead of offering a solution; we were told we had to have the truck back no matter what…this left my pregnant wife and I to unload a 20ft truck because U-haul will report the truck as stolen, instead of helping us through the weekend.

Dorothy PI am concerned about the fact that we did not use anywhere near $30 worth of gas. The gas tank was at virtually the exact level at 3/4 of a tank. There was no check of the gas at pickup, which makes it easy to charge extra when it wasn't utilized. Looks like I was charged for a quarter of a tank and we did not use that at all.
Rowan DWould recommend if needed, but the location is a bit difficult to get to and parking is very limited. The service was ok.

Jeremiah FIt's been a long day, so I'm sorry to say that I've forgotten the name of the gentleman who helped me today with both checking out the truck and returning the truck, but he was absolutely amazing. He handled a couple of difficult customers that were in line ahead of me with patience and kindness, and even though the internet and website were having difficulties today, he was unphased and simply did his absolute best to ensure all customers were taken care of as quickly as possible. Thanks to him, my move was very easy.
Denise GThe man we dealt with to reserve and then when we picked up the truck was basically a prick. The only saving grace from this rental experience was that I didn’t have to deal with him when we returned the truck; the gentleman that completed the return was great. When making the reservation, I had to give my cc to be manually entered and was told the pos devices were not working. My credit card info was stolen soon after- before I made another transaction. I had a charge to a utility in Texas and attempted charges from overseas so I had to cancel my card and start renewing all my recurring charges-such a pain. The truck was clean and I believe just used locally which is good; I wouldn’t want to drive it very fast or very far. I will use a different rental location for future needs. Respectfully, James H
Paula MI was surprised that we no longer fill the truck up with a full tank. I was worried about the scratches and dents already on the truck but took pictures as directed and there was no issue upon return.

WILLIAM HNot letting people drop off the truck in different locations. That’s the whole point of renting a vehicle and driving it across the state so we can drop it off where we moved to: not drive it back to where we came from. It’s a money grab on your company end.

alexandra rThe man that helped us was very nice, but the auto transport was completely put on wrong and was told that by our original drop off location. I have a Camaro, which is a low profile car and there was no boards put on prior to pulling up the car so then it made it extremely difficult and almost impossible to get the car off once I got to Billings it tore up the entire bottom half of my car to get it off . Also, I was informed once I finally made a call and we were on the road that the tire straps do sometimes come off due to road conditions. My entire trip was only supposed to be about seven hours from fort Collins to Billings and it took us 10 because of one how slow I was going to because of how many stops we had to make due to the straps continuously falling off.. on top of that the instructions on how to put the straps back on and how you make them loose and everything was completely not given to us, and we also looked on YouTube to do all that as well and it still was not working. Those pieces for the car tire straps were completely worn down and would get stuck and we could not get them off again. The rental drop off location had a very hard time as well and said that this was not something that should’ve been rented out to us. So overall, the equipment was bad and I will never be using an auto transport due to this situation.

AARON VAttendant rude. There are no signs for customer parking. I pulled up to ask the man where can I park.. he was already motioning for me to move. Mind you.. no one else was at the facility. No one... just me. I asked where do I park and he replied on other side of the street along the ditch. You need to have signs. I asked if im the only person who is confused with all the signs for uhaul equipment drive and parking and nothing for customers. He agreed Im not. Ive rent here before and others are nice and friendly. Not this one.

THOMAS GI have used this location 3 times now. 2 Pick ups and 1 drop off. This time the young lady realized some issues with the truck and put me another one to be safe on my 1529 mile journey across the country.

I'm going to refer this location to anyone I know with moving needs, it's a huge difference from the location on north college. Hunter was personable, he was beyond helpful/useful- fully educated with how to answer the questions I had and went above and beyond for not only me but the next customer in line. I've never had such a great experience going to a u haul. I hate moving, I hate the whole process but this employee had me smiling and enjoying the whole process. Makes me appreciate that u haul found this guy and had him on their team. -Kim A
