Charge per km was misrepresented, instructions for pick up/drop off were extremely unclear and I lost an hour of my rental time trying to figure it out. The app was poor and failed to load causing me to repeat steps over and over (e.g., taking photos of the vehicle multiple times due to failure to upload). At drop off, the app never uploaded the photos and when we called the service rep said oh well. Upon drop off, we put the padlock on backwards and forgot to get our odometer photo. When calling the service line, they said there would be a representative inside to help. There was not. I was told to call another number and this person was not in the area and essentially told me that the issue was my problem and questioned how I could have possibly put the lock on backwards (meanwhile it is nearly identical on both sides). My $29 truck rental cost $240 for 3hrs of use. I will not be using this service again.

Having someone there like Jay to assist with pick up and drop off really helps. I was late bringing the truck back and I feel really bad that Jay got in trouble for my mishap. Moving is very stressful and I appreciate that Jay was so understanding and kind.
MARCUS LThere was no proper signs where to drops of or contact info, its just a parking lot all the way back while the drop off is at the front with minimal signs and its very easy to miss it off.

Yusuf WI was rerouted to this location because my original choice for a mobile pickup did not have a key in a lock box for me. The customer service agent was very helpful. However the end result was being late for the appointment for which I needed this rental. The van was not clean all of this added to a frustrating experience I likely will not use U-Haul again

LINDA MI am very happy that I chose this uhaul branch. 3 years ago I was using another branch and was very displeased. That time I had to run to home depot to pick up a dolly for the moving crews I called this place the day before moving to make sure they have all the equipment and dolly we needed for moving. The person in charge of this uhaul branch was responsive and helpful and told me they had the equipment. Both check-in and check-out were good and I was fully explained. I will definitely use this place again in the future when needed. P.S. If you are really not sure if your uhaul would have all the equipument you need, call them. Do not assume they would have them if they never pick up your call.

CHRISTOPHER PThe battery on my vehicle lost power 3 or 4 times during my rental. I had to buy booster cables and find someone who was willing to give me a boost. I called into U-Haul customer service who told me they had put a 'complaint' in and that the owner/operator of the location where I rented from would contact me and that I would get a copy of that email. I have not received the email nor a call whatsoever. I couldn't fuel up the vehicle as that meant turning off the truck and then needing a boost again. The Uhaul customer service person told me NOT to stop for fuel and head straight back to the rental location. It was a frustrating experience to say the least as well it appears that my complaint has been ignored by Uhaul corporate and the local operator. This is not acceptable to me. I would like to discuss with the appropriate person at either corporate or the local operator. Thank you

Gary MVehicle was ready for pickup on time. There was an attendant there who proactively brought the keys when I was done my mobile check-in. I had called U-haul to change the date of my reservation and somehow the drop-off location was changed to the same as the pickup; rather than a one-way. The vehicle itself was clean and well maintained but the driver's door didn't close tightly making for a noisy drive.
