The pickup was a little bit delayed because of the delayed return from another user, but we were satisfied with the way it was handled. The drop off location was easy and no issues. Truck was all in good condition.
mery sWhen I rented the truck I estimated I would be driving 50 miles. When I returned the truck, I wasn’t told what the exact mileage was. I believe I only traveled 35 miles at the most and I was not given any information information and was charged full price. And then I also saw an extra $14 and some change extra fee tagged onto my rental. Kind of shady in my opinion.

HENRY CI don't know if it was the location or the UHUAL App that was horrible and lazy. I chose to do the mobile pick up option. BAD IDEA. The mobile app was a horrible experience. It kept crashing. I was unable to load to the before and after pictures of the rental van leaving me vulnerable to damage charges. The gas tank was not properly gauged by the location. The clerk behind the counter was pretty lazy did not greet me when retrieving key, so I assume he didn't bother to check UHUAL reservations to gauge gas. I informed the customer service in app and they said they would note it and to let the location know, however, what does that do for me if I am doing the pick up and drop off through the mobile app especially if it is after hours? UHUAL tried to charge me over $200 for gas at check out due to UHUAL and the locations mistake. I was very disappointed and insulted. I was already frustrated with the app and my experience throughout he day. I don't even like that I had to give UHUAL $54 in the first place to even rent after this experience. Then after, UHUAL tries to charge me another $8 for gas. No way. I am not paying the extra $8 for missed gas. I had a horrible experience so I don't think I should have to pay due to the issues I had to endure by your company and the location. Do better.

JASMINE WWent to pick up the trailer, the kid working behind the counter had no idea what was going on. The trailer was blocked in by vehicles being worked on at the shop next door. There were leaves and sticks all over the inside of the trailer itself. We were not given the dolly we were charged for either. I had to call back once we got home and realized he didn’t give it to us. He Sounded super stoned and wasn’t real personable. The location itself is not easy to get in and out of due to all of the broken down vehicles being parked throughout the lot.
BUZZ EThis location is wonderful. The staff is kind and chill. Thea atmosphere was warm, calm, the right energy you need when you are moving or in a life transition. It is stressful, but they were great. I was running late, but they helped me change my time so I would not lose my reservation. Very helpful. No wait. Clear instruction on how to return the truck. The 10' truck was clean and ready to go. Less of a wait than at the main uhaul location of Santa Rosa Ave. Good people, I believe family owned and operated. Come support your local families!
THERESA HWas supposed to get a phone call by 5pm. Telling me where to pick up trailer I already paid for? Not true.
GREGORY SCement covered 15' truck. cabin and bay was filled with concrete dust and loose screws. Rented completly filthy to me. Had to clean the inside just to move my house. Got double charged for insurance too.

DAVID RThe customer service was very good with pre-pickup, and after pick up phone calls to assure a great and smooth experience. The gentleman who did all this went above and beyond to make sure I was all taken care of. Interior of 4x8 trailer had not been swept though, and 8 furniture blankets were also inside. Not a big deal, just maybe mention to all uhauls the importance of checking the trailers after use.😊🙏

VARAME CDrop off was as easy as pulling up and handing them the keys. Doesn’t get much easier than that.
MARK JRented one day local 10' truck, which REEKED of body odor (had to drive with the windows down the whole day). Also, the battery was close to dead and the truck almost didn't start on my return trip. Get your maintenance together, U-Haul... 🙄

RICHARD GThe worst customer service, The guy who was supposed to help me at the counter, was fixing a car, so i had to wait like 30 minutes until he finished changing the tires to somebody’s car. I Will never go back to that location.

Kyle CThe problem I experienced is I had an 8 PM online pick up scheduled when I went to use the app. It was not allowing me to get to the point to where I could pick up the vehicle. I spent 30 minutes trying to get it to go and I had good reception, but it was freezing and would not. Allow me to get the keys for the vehicle. I called the tech-support number and I got a recording saying to call back at 4 AM Arizona time so no one was able to assist me. I was not able to get the vehicle at 8 PM so I was not able to start my move at 4 AM like I wanted to and where I had people already scheduled to help me. I had to go to the office physically to check out the vehicle after I’ve made other arrangements to get the truck in the afternoon as that’s when my help would be available again I’ve rented it from you at least 10 times and I’ve always had a good experience, but this one was not pleasant.

CHARINA CTerrible location. There's nobody at the desk most of the time. I had a reservation and they did not have a vehicle for me. After a couple of hours they gave me a different vehicle. This vehicle was not large enough for my job and I ended up having to make multiple trips. This costs extra mileage. Which was higher than the actual rental price. Really disappointing. Will never use this location again. Doubt I will ever use U-Haul again.
BELINDA VI had called a place that I use in the past and I was not aware that I was changed to a different location. I had only one email that went into my junk mail, which is not satisfactory. If you're going to change the location of someone picking up a truck you should make a phone call and reach out to someone.

MATTHEW DGreat customer service: friendly, professional, and helpful. The only issue was noticed after on the road that one of the tires on the cargo trailer was showing the belt! This tire needed to be replaced. Would still recommend this location.

MENWAR RWhy do I have to be present to pay when it was reserved already with my credit card. When the driver is registered as an additional driver they should not have to use their own credit card when mine is already in your system.

BRENT GThis move was the most stressful experience due to UHAUL. The Thursday before my move I received a call from UHAUL during my dinner which caused me to cry and stress out as they notified me that I no longer had the truck and trailer reservation as they were not available. She did not offer any customer service, was unapologetic and made it seem like UHAUL did not care that I had family traveling over 400 miles to help me move. The location was not the issue. UHAUL overbooked and made no effort to correct their poor planning. So after dealing with a different person the next day I had to settle for a smaller truck and to wait an extra day for the trailer. After the nightmare of trying to place all of my items in a smaller truck (which I was unable to and had to leave all of my plants [some of which I had been growing for about 5 yrs.] behind) we had to wait 2 hours for the trailer as the previous person had not returned it yet. This was an awful experience and really hope to not need to deal with UHUAL again if this is how they plan and book their trucks and trailers. I could have went with a different company and paid extra to avoid the headache and horrible experience. Thankfully the workers at the shop were helpful and really tried to make us as comfortable, or else I really would have lost it that day.

ISRRAEL NI booked a truck in another location, 4 months ago. I received notice that the truck would not be available at my preferred location, and to travel to the second location. Which also did not have the truck i needed. There was no attendant to help (during business hours). It took 1 1/2 hours to have a larger truck (that i did not need) substituted for the pickup truck I requested.
