Clerk did not speak English nor did he help me. I ended up doing everything on the app. I was there in time to get the truck by 815 am but he delayed me until 845 am. Still required me to have truck back by 215 pm --he refused to rent it to me for any less time. I feel ripped off and will not use uhaul again, and I will advise others not to use uhaul.

The guy barely spoke English and he didnt understand what I was telling him and asking him just shook his head so I thought he understood. Had to drive 4 hours again just becuase they didn't speak English.

Jeffrey MArrived to the location on time at 1154 AM for a 1200 PM drop off, only to find out that the location did not have gas available to refill the truck. Was charged an entire extra day as a result of needing to find another gas station to refill the van.
